Nick in the parts department always helps me out. I like to get parts here but the truck service has been terrible. They should've investigated my rear end more and my truck was almost here for a month and they still couldn't figure it out. Even though that was the previous owner I'm still carrying a grudge for having to replace my rear end just over 3 years. If it's wasn't for Nick I would give 1 star here. Nick gets 5 stars.

This place is a JOKE. Took a WEEK to tend to my car only to have bad parts applied and misdiagnosed my vehicle. Do not EVER waste your time and money coming here. Plus they upcharge RIDICULOUSLY! Management and staff were impatient and unconcerned with my issues and to top it off were rude and condescending. WORST service i ever experienced. They messed up and actually had the nerve to "fix it" by "offering to order and install parts for free" that was actually covered by warenty. Disgusting lack of integrity.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Moses when I called to see if my car was under warranty for a recall. He was extremely helpful in answering questions, and set up a date to bring my car in. He was up front about the process and gave me options for pick up and drop off if needed. I was very pleased with how accommodating he was and his follow through. His customer service was 10/10!

This dealership advertised a 2017 Honda HRV with 90k miles at $13,500 before tax. Sounds great I thought, I'll give them a visit. After negotiating with them for 2 hours, here's what I learned: -The advertised price is made up, that's not the actual lowest price (pre-tax) that they are willing to sell for. They'll tell you that there's a disclaimer saying that the price is before taxes and add-ons, then why not just advertise the after add-on price? -The "optional add-ons" aren't optional at all. They might say they are optional but as soon as you try to remove them, they'll tell you they can't as they'll lose money on the car. Then why not just advertise a price with a built-in profit margin? -They tried to convince me not to do a pre-purchase inspection as their own mechanics already looked over the car. They may not be lying but I doubt they were doing so out of good intentions for the customer. -The rest was the usual sleazy salesmen tactic of trying to convince me to finance or focus on monthly payments rather than out-the-door price. I understand that they need to make a profit on the cars they sell, what I don't understand is the need to lie about the actual price. In my case, they wanted me to pay for nearly 3k on useless "optional" add-ons that they refused to remove. If they were being honest from the beginning, neither mine or the salesman's time would have been wasted and I might have actually walked away with a car but unfortunately if you're looking for a honest dealership, this one ain't it.

Ford already has a bad reputation and the service is even worst.... Jose at Bp ford of long beach in the service department is a crook, he takes advantage of loop holes in the extended warranty claiming " not covered " not once did he call and communicate that it was not covered went ahead and performed and was then over charged. Our car had the same issue 2 months prior and when this was communicated he didn't bother to look back and service history , when he was questioned he ignored me and stated " he was looking at only current issue only" He then ended our conversation when He was pushed on " F'ng over the customer ". DONT GO HERE EVER !!!!

I went to this dealership for service because I couldn't get ahold of the one closest to me (Huntington Beach) to make an appointment. I needed an oil change and they also replaced a few things that are in included with my warranty. The service was so quick, I left after less than an hour. I'll be going to this one from now on.

New name and that is all!! Consumers have so many choices where to spend their money. Do your homework and 5 minutes will reveal that all the same crooks are still up to the same scams at this dealership. Funny to see the yelps that the actual managers are giving each other on here while providing three different likely bogus contacts for the "General Manager" all within the same short span of time, Oh there's three General Managers now along with guys who yelp under the same names of previous management.... Hhhhm....... Good luck getting a real name or real contact info for one. It is not listed on their website, not available through chat assistant, phone call....They do not want you getting ahold of management here. lol The irony real management doesn't even bother to obscure their names before loving themselves on yelp. Yelp does not moderate or mitigate this obvious farce behavior and I generally abstain for that reason amongst a few others.... However, I am beyond compelled to warn; honest, hard working folk to stay away from this place. After three vehicles over several years I stopped going here- because it is "very special" and unlike anywhere I have encountered in the entire world; how often and without any regard, they will try and rip you off here. It's a full time job keeping them honest and taking my work vehicle to Torrance "Power Ford" I believe, was a like a different world. Best move ever! The new name brought my guard down and it's close to home so I caved and came back for manufacturer scheduled recall service on my catalytic converter- what an absolute debacle that was- they did half the job and managed to lose my keys on-site... never to be recovered! lol Weeks seem to fall away when you bring your car here- Car still stalling and gutless power- making new shitty noise now- service tech insists it's engine mounts (Only wants $1000 of course.) I had to really press over and over to get them to admit that something else is wrong and actually diagnose it- oh ooops! They only replaced 1/2 of the Catalytic converter! The clogged pieces from the failed front half are now rattling in the failed back 1/2 and they are trying to sell me fucking engine mounts! hahahah I'm telling you, bring your A game or they will try and replace your head during and oil change. Manufacturer Clutch recall mailer sent out- car is stalling and gutless - they won't diagnose it despite throwing TCM error codes - directly sited on the recall- right on the paper from Ford- You know the rest by now- Still battling - they sent the wrong part numbers to Ford and lied about it it getting denied- I mean it's written on the invoice with the dates. It's obviously 2nd nature/first instinct to lie for these people - because they are so bad at covering it up. I'll update if any resolution is had.

I just bought a brand new 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 and I had a great buying experience. Firstly, salesperson Aaron Carlson was very professional and offered a no hassle experience in getting the deal I requested. Aaron even came in on his day off to get the deal completed. Secondly, manager Fortino Milian was gracious enough to bless the deal and help see it through. It's always good to work with "car guys" who have a passion and love for cars like we do because we start from a common ground. Lastly, Mo Azmi in finance pulled it through and put the icing on the cake. I can't say enough how much I am grateful for these guys for getting it done for me to take home a prized possession that I am sure I'll have years of smiles with. Thank you, gentlemen!

When something happens that really surprises you in today's environment, it needs to be addressed. We are so quick to complain about something, we should be just as quick to praise something that went right. We happen to live on the opposite side of the 12 ft. wall from the Ford of Long Beach Commercial Truck dealership. Along with new ownership, there came new lighting and security measures. Wow new LED lighting is SO BRIGHT it looked like daytime in our back yard. Shining in the windows and reflecting off everything it hit. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Patrick O'Brian. He said he would contact the service manager in charge of the Commercial Truck lot. I ultimately got in touch with Jeff Tichauer the Commercial Service Manager for the Truck Lot. Jeff immediately got working on a solution that was ultimately brilliant and perfect. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond to take care of our little problem when you are juggling much larger issues. The professional and considerate way you handled everything is very much appreciated.
