They don’t answer the phone. I don’t live in CA and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for days over a product Ive been trying to buy on their website. I tried purchasing shoes and they said my card declined but it still took my money and now I’m out of 105 dollars!

Really good prices and the guy up front was really chill. This was me and my bfs first experience at an adult shop and it was great. Very welcoming and really relaxed my nerves. I'll definitely be coming here again. 100% recommend!!! :D

This store always exceeds my expectations. Definitely the best products with the best prices! BOTTUMZ UP is the number 1 store of its kind in Los Angeles County as well as Riverside County!. Employees are down to earth, easy to talk to; Very knowledgeable about the stuff they sell and how to use it.. So many things to choose from in this store! They literally have everything!! The store is set up so neat and sexy! I came for the highly talked about \"rose\" and they had it! Plus i couldn't help but to leave with more goodies in my bag! This place is worth a visit for sure. Bring your partner along!

I looked online to see if they had what I needed and they did. Went to the store and the proprietor was very friendly, helpful, and polite. It's also really close to my work which makes this my new go-to for those special items.

Hubby stumbled on this jewel tucked off. Cisco is cool as a fan and very personable. He answered questions about products without feeling off or weird. This is our ONLY ADULT spot while we're living in Cali! His prices are good and and inventory is better! Clothes and accessories in point also!
