The lady did not help me at! She did not put my photo in my phone, she did not put my contractqs in my phone she not give me the adapted to plug my phone in sold me a phone . Rushed me out of the store! She should not get credit I call boostmobile coparte & made a complaint about this store! She never answered the phone! Worst Place I will ever go there again! !Todo Malo!#

ATTENTION? ? ?I came to this place with an intention to upgrade a phoneafter being told I qualify for a FREE phone by boostmobile.since the phone I had was still on a 3g network!I walked in and girl showed me a couple of the free phones and mentioned id have to pay THE TAX AND ACTIVATION FEE WHICH I WAS OK WITH!! After I told her I had a boostmobile phone device id like to useand to cancel my purcahse so I would only pay the activation fee SHE SAID SURE THAT'S FINE! and all in a sudden her system didn't work anymore! didn't make any sense because it seemed to work if I was ready to make that purchase!! YEAH ILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Boost mobile like a lot of companies changed their policies. Instead of a discount on a new phone after 3/4 months, it's 9 months. I will wait or just go to another company. Price gouging long term customers is not very smart..

The chic who work there her name is Anna was pretty amazing she was helping me plus like three other Spanish only speaking families at the same time and she kept a calm cool everything in control sense about her and she took care of all of us customers with a sense of ease and she hooked me up with a great deal
