“These guys did an excellent job fixing up my old Camry. My daughter rear end another car on interstate, insurance totaled it out, but it was still in excellent driving shape. To get it approved through DMV as salvage it needs to be fully repaired. Platinum fixed everything, hood, bumpers, lights, frame, grill and radiator where all like new. Fantastic work and for less than insurance covered.”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“I bought a 2019 Traverse at auction and decided to bring it to Prime for the needed repairs. There was some frame sway which they brought to my attention and I asked them to fix that too. I also had the rims and chrome accents all painted black.It looks way better now. Oh, and free car wash. Overall they did a great job! I would reccomend to anyone.”

“Pon saved our day fixing sloppy work I had done myself trying to fix my used car. He corrected the bad wiring that had been done before I bought the car. While he charged my battery, Pon went ahead and fixed all the little things that were wrong with the car free of charge including the battery tie down strap ( I had zip ties holding it in place), he installed hood cushions for free and provided them so that my hood could release without someone pulling up on it, and tightened my alternator tensioner that was squealing when the car first started. Pon is the man! Will be coming back with anything else i need done!”

“wow unbelievable someone tried to kill me and my 1995 truck. at last minute ended up with a side swipe and crushed fender, bumper, and unobtanium header and miscellaneous electrical parts. once the gathered the parts i took them to Jons and man did he do magic. i didnt want the primo paint as only the new paint would be from the new damage. well the paint job and body work makes the truck look brand new ... if you are only looking at that pattern of the truck. now i need to save my pennies to splash the rest of the truck. Sure i could have let jon find all the parts but a few are no longer made by the oem or after marketers. it is nice that he was willing to work with my parts, some shops wont do that especially when dealing with insurance settlements”

I was recommended this auto body shop by my Cambodian Uber driver and am so happy I found them.
I needed a new radiator and Huang over at Tap's was direct and honest about what needed to be done. They quoted me an extremely fair price and I felt taken care of. I even checked the price that they quoted me for a new radiator online and it was way below the standard price AND I checked it against another local autobody shop (Elite Complete Auto Repair) and Tap's price was almost $700 cheaper. Do not recommend Elite Complete Auto Repair at all, they overcharge tremendously.
I cannot recommend them enough and there's a reason they have been in business for so long. Thank you Tap's!”

“I was dreading dealing with a beat-up bumper after a minor accident. I have a Tesla and was worried about repairing it. But Pan’s came to the rescue! I dropped my car off in the morning expecting it to take a few days to fix. To my surprise it was ready the very next day.
The repair itself is flawless. You can’t even tell there was a dent or scratch. The paint job is well done, a perfect match to the rest of my car. They even washed and waxed the exterior plus charged it for me which was a nice unexpected touch.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Pan’s. Friendly service, top-notch repairs, and an incredibly fast turnaround. If you need auto body work, look no further!
