Sales guy Bill was nice, very informative, I hope the furniture is as good, with all warranties let see if they work. I have had a bad experience with another furniture store. Warranty was purchased come to know later down the line nothing was really covered . Now I am here with Bobs cross my fingers, I hope it’s better than other spaces . I mean places, lol

Everyone was so nice. They took care all my needs and they was courteous and professional. I want all my friends about Bob’s furniture store only thing I can say y’all can give deals though even if it’s a piece of paper because it seems Like we won something that the key of giving deals, but everybody don’t deserve a deal But the ones who do take care of them, but everything was sweet there and nice thanks Mr. Bramlett

Horrible service in the pickup in the back of this Bobs discount furniture we waited more than 1 hour for 2 living room rugs I purchased them one day before and waited for the next day to pick up with the intention of giving them time to have it ready the guys in the back have horrible customer service they brought out my rugs like a smashed chalupa to start off not rolled one of them was being dragged on the floor with his cart I asked if they can please roll it properly to prevent it from getting dirty they all just looked at me like I was crazy these guys definitely hate their job I payed almost $1,000 for two rugs thrown in like they were used so disappointing
