No greeting. Inside is completely dark, no lighting. At the end there was a terrible metal scraping sound. Didn’t appear that it was scraping my car, but really scared me that there was something wrong. Not a good experience.

Good for a quick car wash on the run, however you will have to take time to wipe excess water either there or when you get to the next destination. There are vacuums for $1 that work well and there's always the refreshments inside the store.

Great staff. Best cleaning and very observant. They informed me I had a nail in one of my tires which was a huge help before I drove further and possibly gotten a flat tire

5 star quality, price, and service but lacks a few amenities.Wash quality: solid automatic washer. They scrub and rinse you before going in. Car looks great.Price: $9.95 for their premium wash. Basic is $7.95, the most expensive option is $10.95. You save $2-5 here vs other places. Building and machinery look a bit old but work fine.Service: They rinse before and have a guy dry you after so no water spots. Amazing. However, no free vacuums they are $1.00. No biggie but prefer them to be included. Otherwise 5-stars!

Very little communication with everyone, no one seems to want to be here. Raised the prices, only 1 has tires included, make you pay for vacuumOnly let you use 10 mins, lines are crazy, and make parking and getting out after vacuuming. Im never coming back, this place is terrible, there is way better places in Long Beach!

This place is inexpensive and they always have someone there to hand dry the car (though quickly).
