I brought them a beautiful colorful vintage tablecloth for dry cleaning. I didn't want to wash it myself as I was afraid the vibrant colors would fade as I explained. When I picked it up, my worst fears as it was completely faded. She told me it had been put it in the washing machine. Wait a minute what? She said "sorry here's your bill" ~

This is one of the best dry cleaners I have ever utilized. We have designer clothing (D&G, Tom Ford, Prada, etc.) along with custom made business suits and dress shirts ... they take the most amazing care of every piece of clothing. We also have other basic shirts and street clothes ... so they do it all!! We have been utilizing their services for many years and not one issue or one item missing ... ever! That along with an outstanding team of ladies and gentlemen supporting the store ... and they know us by name. So, if you are looking for a rock star team, awesome service, great prices, and incredible quality then you need to search no more. You will be a regular customer in no time! I've been coming here for years, and was already happy with them, but they managed to exceed my expectations! I had to have a dress dry cleaned for an out of town wedding leaving only two days to have it cleaned. I checked their operating hours and realized I only had 10 minutes to get there. In a panic, I called ahead and asked them not to close until I got there. Oscar told me not to worry that he would wait for me. Wow! that was so kind! They deserve another star for that level of customer service.

After trying several dry cleaners, I discovered Betty Brite Cleaners and found the best. Great / Quick service. All of the team members are great but Sofia is especially outstanding. I will always choose Betty Brite Cleaners as long as I live in Long Beach.

I like to give my business to my local community. So I chose Betty Brite cleaners. Their cost was on the higher side but they agreed to pick up and deliver so it worked for me. My last bill with them was for more than $400. However there was one garment which had spots and I had requested Angel to see if they could clean the spots. They couldn't. They returned the garment with all my other clothes and said nothing about it. When I noticed it I called them to see if they could atleast give me a discount just for that garment. They had charged me $20 for that garment. Angel was a little rude on the phone. I asked to speak to the owner but the manager said he is not available to talk to me. How can a small business run successfully if the owner is not available to speak to his clients? She said she would give me a 10%discount on my next order. Really! With a bill of more than $400 they could not give me discount on $20? Well I am not going back there again.

I've been using Betty Brite for years and have always had great service. In particular I love the personalized Tailoring by Sophia. I'm short and every time I buy pants I need them shortened and Sophia has done a perfect job for me. Totally recommend. Love these guys...so friendly.

I always come here when I need dry cleaning or alterations, which is not too often but when I do I am always greeted by Sophia who is always friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. My clothes always come back quick and in great shape. Wonderful place to come and great customer service.

Wow, excellent service! So impressed. I worked with Sophia. I had a shirt with a couple holes from tags, she said she can see but it might not look that great. Not only did it come out looking wonderful, she did for a extremely great price. I'll be back soon!

Such a great dry cleaner! They are always friendly, reliable, and much more affordable than other dry cleaner in the area. I tried all the local ones before coming hereand I haven't been anywhere else for 3 years!
