Booked this hotel last minute and I'm glad I did. I needed a quick getaway from the LA area and on a whim.... decided to book a 2 night stay. I checked in somewhat late and was greeted by Daniela. She was amazing! She was very patient, informative, and knowledgeable of the area. She gave me great recommendations on restaurants and bars in the area and also recommend things to do during my brief stay (aerial tramway was dope). Traveling alone sometimes can be a little nerve wrecking, so being greeted with good positive energy really set the tone. Thank you Daniela .The room I stayed in was cool. The partition by the sink came off a couple times, but I just popped it back in. The sink water wasn't the clearest either and the water took forever to drain. Other than that... no major complaints lol. The jacuzzi in the room was very spacious and relaxing!I was too busy being a tourist that I didn't get a chance reap the benefits of the pool, but it looked like a lot of fun. The location was great too. I was able to walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops throughout downtown. I'd definitely be back here. Stay classy Palm Springs

Even though it's way to hot, we loved our quick getaway from LA. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and easy walk to the drag. Great bar as well with cool dishes, if you want to eat something poolside.

This is an fabulous little gem to stay at. The staff are first rate, and nothing is too much bother. The rooms are nice, with great air conditioning when the temperature is 107!The pool is just the right size, with water misters by the loungers.Breakfast is included and has a nice variety of hot and cold items. I especially liked the coffee, which was nice and hot.Favorite thing was the excellent poolside bar. Stephanie made excellent watermelon margaritas, and at weekends, they have freshly made deliciously loaded shrimp ceviche and shrimp tacos made by Lucy. Great stay

So i had a reservation down the road from this hotel at the best western inn and it was horrible as soon as I checked in a checked out and I called this hotel. Ashley answered and I told her she has to help me I needed 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each. Luckily she has the last 2 rooms available immediately and they were both 2 queen beds in each. As soon as I pulled in I said this is what a best western is suppose to look like. I walked in and Ashley said are you Jennifer I said yeah are you Ashley she said yup and thanked her so much for making this such an easy check in this place is beautiful!!!

I called before making the reservation and I asked about their gym. I'm a healthy person and I workout so a gym is important to me. They said and I quote "we have a full fitness center" well, almost $1000 later for 4 nights and they don't even have a single weight or weight bench. I feel like I got ripped off. Liars. They have 3 cardio machines and one life fitness machine that is extremely limited with what it offers. Not one single free weight or a bench. This is the welfare gym of all gyms and I'm extremely disappointed, I feel lied to and I'm never ever staying here again. If you like to stay fit and workout then you shouldn't stay here either.

Amazing experience! Get the King-sized bed with the jet tub!!!!!! It's AWESOME and worth the extra charge. You can thank me later, haha ;)The King-sized bed and room are huge. You have tons of room in there. Seriously, you could do all kinds of things in there. When we got to our room, it made me think of that Stepbrothers movie with Will Ferrell lol So much room for activities! lolWe checked-in right before 3pm. The room was huge and clean. The jet tub was ginormous! You could probably fit 3-4 people in there. We had no issues at all with our stay. The continental breakfast was decent. There was oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs and bacon. You have to make the waffles yourself. They also had fruit and potatoes too. As well as orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice. Check-out was 11am. Outside the hotel is very pretty with lots of photo opportunities. The flowers outside are very pretty!

I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus. We came in town for my husband's birthday and at the time of booking, I requested a surprise for my husband and we received a bottle of red wine and a nice birthday card signed by the staff. I was so grateful for the kind gesture and my husband loved the wine. I booked the king bedroom with the tub which was really nice and I liked the continental breakfast as well. I would definitely stay again. Props to Ashly at the front desk for coordinating the red wine surprise! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Friends and I had stayed here on a weekday night before we headed to the greater High Desert area and we had a comfortable stay with connecting double queen rooms. Prices were reasonable. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were pretty clean and everything was somewhat modern, everything was in working order for us and the beds were comfortable. Room amenities include but are not limited to Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, and mini fridges. The building is two floored and also features two different buildings. The grounds were well kept and clean from what we could tell, and the style of the building and grounds are nice and resemble a Spanish style type look. In the morning we had some complimentary breakfast which everyone enjoyed in one of the patio areas. Breakfast is from 7am-10am and features the usual eggs, sausage, waffles, juices, coffee, fresh fruit, cereals, breads, Danishes, etc. There was some really good salsa though that a friend even made a comment about; it had a nice kick. Since we were on a short stay we didn't get to check out the other amenities but they include a outdoor heated pool (featuring a hot tub and poolside bar), an onsite restaurant, lobby bar, and a gym. There is also complimentary onsite parking. The location is great as it's walk-able and pretty much in the downtown area. You'll have a beautiful view of the San Jacinto Mountains right across from here.

This is our first time staying here and it wasn't that bad. Could it be better? Probably. For the price, it was worth it.Highlights:- Very close to Downtown, very walkable!- Free breakfast: Who doesn't like making their own waffles? But their salsa has a really nice kick to it. If it's home made, they have got it down!- Pool bar but check the hours it is open- Complimentary towels at the pool- Free parking (a must)- Reasonably priced for the budget travelerThings to consider:- A pool facing room because the nightclubs are next to the hotel and it can get really loud, though I was dancing my way up the stairs.- For families, the pool vibe is more adult than family.- A/C is loud. Granted you can't hear your neighbors, but you might wake up from REM once it goes off.Would consider it again if on a budget but may try out other hotels since there are so many.

stayed at this hotel over the past weekend, the staff is very friendly and check in and check out was very fast. The only bummer was my room faced the street and although the air conditioning drained out the speed racers it was still a bit nerve racking to hear. I didn't get a chance to visit the pool but it looked nice every time I passed by. The Room was clean and that's really all I cared about!

I've stayed here several times with my kids. Love the convenience to downtown PS. Love the pool and pool bar. The staff is very friendly. However on my last stay several large families took over the pool and acted like it was their own. Pool balls, floaters, diving etc. No hotel workers discouraged them. Also four men checked into the room next to us and partied for two days straight building beer and liquor bottle castles. They leered at my daughter coming back from the pool. Didn't want to get into a personal spat but surprised the hotel didn't do anything about it. Repeated emails and calls to the hotel Manager got no response. Def will factor this into any future stays

When you stay at a Best Western, you are not expecting to say at the Ritz. That being said, this place was lovely! Reasonable price (we got the oversize King which is almost twice the size of a regular king and includes an in-room hot tub that is HUGE). There's bougainvillea, and fountains, and little hidden places all over the small grounds. We didn't use the tiny fitness center, but popped in for a look - it had everything you would need for a good workout. All the staff we encountered we very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was good, with all the usual items including freshly scrambled eggs and hot sausage patties. The small pool has too many chairs which makes walking around difficult, but the poolside bar makes up for any frustrations (ha ha). We will surely stay here again. PS Be sure to get the guacamole at the poolside bar. It is REALLY good!

Another great 2 night stay at Las Brisas. We have stayed here many times over the years and besides always having clean and comfortable rooms, it is in the perfect location if your are LGBTQ and want easy 1/2 block access to all the bars around the corner on Arenas. Parking is free at the hotel and we walked everywhere we needed to go as you can easily find 15-20 restaurants within a 1-3 block area west of the hotel. We look forward to our next visit.

This place is a good value but needs some work compared to its peers in the 3-star market segment. The extremely slick wet concrete, very hard bed and noisy room (paper thin adjoining room doors, trash bin noises all night) unfortunately brought down the experience for me. Pros: + Good location near downtown. + Pretty grounds, well maintained flower beds and creeping flowers growing up the walls outside. + This property doesn't gouge you for parking or a "resort fee" like 90% of hotels near here. + Hot breakfast is above average for hotels, with eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, oatmeal, toast, cereals, juice, coffee and yogurts. + Nice pool but it is small for the property's size and was always too crowded during our visit. Cons: - Flooring outside is a slick Spanish tile which is pretty but extremely slippery after a Palm Springs summer rain, as is the slick non-textured concrete in the parking lot. Extremely easy to slip and fall here if it has rained at all. Staff puts out "wet floor" signs but does not attempt to push the puddles out of the parking lot once the rain is over. I slipped in the parking lot the day *after* it rained because the smooth parking lot concrete was still wet 16 hours later and so slippery. - There is an elevator but it has strange faded posters inside which look like they were updated 35 years ago. - Half the closet is blocked by the bathroom sink. - Half the room lights have LED bulbs which are that first generation LED bluish white color which is the opposite of relaxing. - Free internet service works technically, but would disconnect frequently. Could sometimes stream a YouTube video, sometimes not. - The rooms have adjoining doors however the sound insulation is severely lacking. We could understand the quiet conversations of the people in the room next to us word for word even with the double doors closed. I do not have this problem at other hotels. It was difficult to sleep so long as our next door neighbors were talking. If they had been doing other recreational activities sleep would be impossible. - The bed is rock hard and my lower back was hurting each morning from the bed. - Someone or some animal is getting into the trash all night. Each night I could hear glass bottles loudly clinking in the dumpster at 3 AM.
