This was my favorite place to go until about a month ago. Took my daughter for a set and Tom did an amazing job but tell me why one acrylic nail came off and her real nail was infected and coming off looked like she had fungus in it! Never again!

I filed a complaint today with 3 professional organization for the poor service that was conducted. I'd give ZERO stars if that was an option.

Celine made sure to give my hunny the pedi he deserved! She was so nice and took the time to make his feet nice ! I also got an amazing pedi, the team is great and knowledgeable.

UPDATED REVIEW for (2/12/24 Visit)
So, I visited this salon again to have my nails done(as last visit I only had time for a pedicure which Mimi did a phenomenal job!)
Okay, so talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone in the salon was so kind & respectful. When you enter they spoke without hesitation.
Mimi Immediately made me feel welcome and right at home. Now I’m going to tell you if you don’t plan to spend anymore than you have in mind to do, don’t say much lol because honey Mimi can SALE A PRODUCT do you hear me?! I went in there with intentions of only getting my nails & toes done, by the time I left I’d gotten my eyebrows, eyelashes, nails & toes done all for a very reasonable price. I absolutely love this place. So cute, quaint, & it gives a very welcoming/relaxing vibe.
***My only suggestion would be to add complimentary wine otherwise, it’s truly a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed.
I came here the evening before my vacation. I had been running around all week & totally forgot to get my nails done. I also had my toddler with me. They welcomed us both with open arms they even gave him a lollipop to keep him cool and calm lol! My pedicure was phenomenal! She did such a great job and was very precise with cleaning, cutting, and polishing. I didn’t get my nails done due to time, but I will for sure be revisiting in the future.

I come here strictly with Tom, he is very detailed with my nails. I have gotten service from a lady here and never again, my nails were looking a hot mess. The place definitely needs renovation, and a good cleaning.

Only good thing to say is that Tom is an excellent nail tech and always exceeds expectations but I give them a low rating because there shop is always dirty and there tools they use are always dirty specially on pedicures is gross that they never ever ever and I mean when I say this they never use disinfected or sterilize equipment after each customer it's so disgusting to see them use same tools client after clientI've been there various times to witness this situation I love to get my nails done by Tom, but I will never vouch for a pedicure again from that place.

I was not to happy with my lashes normally they do a good job and I get lots of compliments but not this time.i had to keep coming back for them to fix it to make sure it was glued because they kept coming off and everytime I would tell her she would charge me which I didn't think was right it should have been free and then charged me 25, dollars to just fix one she might as well just fixed both of them so now I have one lash fuller then the other on top of that there were flies and it's always hot in there no AC and not the cleanest so I could say go at your on risk if you want mediocre service

Every time I give these people a chance and go back there. I am remind myself why it was a horrible mistake. Not speaking English is not advisable with dealing with the public and you're running a business. So I tried again to go back because my daughter wanted to go there -not only did I pay One and a half times more than what it should've been but I got my fingers hurting so bad because the woman refused to listen to me telling me I know I know when she didn't know. She took the side wall off on my nails to filing into my finger. Pictures will be attached below also a crooked nail. I said I want it off she said no no I fix I fix. It's crooked. My fingers are sore as hell never again, so be aware if you want to go in here beware. I wouldn't say something that isn't true. It's just not fair when you spend that kind of money to not at least get a job that is semi-decent and that someone gets what they're asking for when they're obviously trying to speak to you and tell you hey look you're hurting me or this is crooked don't tell them no no

The customer service at this nail salon is absolutely amazing but as my acrylic nail was drying, my nails started to become painful and it stung very badly. I don't know what kind of acrylic they use but I think they should stop using it but like I said, the customer service at this place is absolutely incredible and I will always come back here.

I came here because my usual spot was closed. They do a good job for a small shop. Not very clean though. Seems like a lot of people rely on this place since they were very busy.

They should change their name to "Worst Nails & Spa!" I finally decided to go to a different salon by Trader Joes called, "Nail for Season!" The experience was TOTALLY different. Every tech spoke to me when I entered. The place was very cleaned and the energy was nice. Best Nails hasn't been the same since they changed management. The old couple actually really cared about their business. All the current owners care about is money. There nail tech continually try to upgrade your services when you've said no over and over. The youngest girl doesn't even know what she's doing. The place always looks dirty and old. Nails for Season did NOT charge me a $1.00 fee but Best Nails did which I found out is illegal when using a debit cared. NEVER going there again!!!
