I couldn't be more dissatisfied with there service never in my life have I been so mistreated and felt actually taken advantage of the pricing is attrociously outrages when you say something about it they fight you my fork lift had a bad tire which is 100 dollars but they want to charge me 400 dollars labor to install a tire but that's not even the worst part they want to charge me 250 dollars diagnoses fee for 30 min checking it out and they don't even want to reinstall my tire they said I have to go take them my money and pick up my tire and reinstall my tire myself I don't know how to reinstall a tire on a forklift I don't have the proper tools and when I said that this is ridiculous your holding me hostage for my tire I said this is ridiculous and all they said to me was that is the forklift business what more Can I say this is the forklift business that's the type of people you get with this company let's just say if I could give negative stars that's what this place would have they are horrible with follow up you have to beg for information you have to wait minimum a week for any type of answer and a few days atleasr for them to come check out your car from the moment you call if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go but if you actually want to fix your forklift best find somewhere else to get it checked out at
