This place is a fraud they lose your packages DO NOT USE AS AN ACCESS POINT!!!!! they lose your packages and they are extremely rude about it... they have costed me 3 different headaches. please please save yourself trouble and dont use them. they will not help you and they will basically tell you youre wrong about deliveries even when ups said no someone signed for it already

Whatever you do, don’t buy the Cavaliere D’Oro Prosecco. It’s sweet and gross. Seems like your average Long Beach California small liquor establishment. Not a place for top tier things. A bit of a sketchy vibe coming from cashier, but mostly an ok establishment.

Can't support this place any longer, their staff seem to get off on telling ppl to mask, despite the emergent data that masks don't work, and mask mandates are ineffective. They wouldn't serve me. No offer of a disposable mask, nothing. They should realize if you despise ur clientele, as you are doing, a lot of those ppl aren't coming back.

As of right now, I am going to leave this as a negative review. I will gladly change that review to a 5 star when my package is handed over to the person named on the shipping label. If not done so withing 8 business days or UPS does not retrieve my package from JOE, then I will follow up with BBB and other avenues including law enforcement as this is common practice at this location. Theft of packages is a federal offense.In reply to your reply. The black pelican case needs to be handed over to the address name shown. I am sure it is the ONLY black pelican case in the entire establishment. He has gone by there and was told it was not there, but JOE signed for it when UPS dropped it off. Now UPS has an open investigation and possible package retrieval. If not successful I will follow up with law enforcement.

Ugh! This place is so ghetto and ratchet to be considered a part of the Belmont Heights community. We as a community do not approve of this place! This glacé is dirty, gross, and unfortunately i have to come here as a UPS pick up location. The front desk guy, Caucasian tall bold headed white guy is rude as hell. Has an attitude problem and isn't very nice! Very short with his words / he looks like he just got out of prison! Def shouldn't be working in our community either! I hate that i have to come here for a package. I asked for my package and he tried pushing me out because i didn't show an email or door notification and i mentioned i come weekly and i just show me my ID and don't need either one nor has it ever been an issue nor have i ever seen this criminal looking male before. Don't shop here - that guy is very rude, unless your some skinny chick he's not nice. BEWARE Of THIS LOcATIoN!

I would love to leave them no stars but clearly that's not an option. My UPS package was sent to this store by default after not being available to receive the package at my residence. I simply called to see if the package was in fact at this location. Upon calling I was helped by JOSEPH who was very rude. He told me he was too busy to help me because he had customers in front of him. Why is the telephone customer representative unable to help me? I asked to speak to someone else and was denied. I'm mainly writing this review in hopes that management will read this and properly deploy their employees. It is baffling that this is the standard for customer at Belmont Heights Market. PLEASE GET JOSEPH SOME PROPER TRAINING AND PLAN FOR A MORE SUITABLE LABOR DEPLOYMENT SO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED OTHERWISE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RETURN TO THIS PLACE WHEN THEY TEAR IT DOWN AND MAKE IT A CHIPOTLE!

Very nice market. The gentleman who works here is very friendly, polite, and super funny. I been here a few times, they have a nice selection of beers, and they have the UOD there as well (inside joke) lol
