I would give them a zero if I could. This is the worst experience I've ever had trying to send my beat friend flowers on her birthday. The flowers never showed. No call, nothing. I tried calling the location several times and days, unable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full. The message tells you to text to a different number. I did that, and still nothing!!! I will never use them again and absolutely DO NOT recommend!!!!

Worst experience with a florist ever. I will never use this place again. The Better Business Bureau should investigate them. They took my order, and money but never delivered the flowers!!! I had to call my credit card and put a stop payment this florist.

DISAPPOINTING!!! Flower not delivered, no one pick up the phone.
Email request for refund not answered,
AVOID this florist at all cost.
I don't live there, cannot do much! Hope US authorities can shutdown this place to avoid more people trapped on online shop scam.

I love you respond to every review on here but you can’t deliver a bouquet in time or answer the phone… 1 week later and still no bouquet. Do not give them your money!!!

Belmont Florist just bailed me out again! Forgot a friend's birthday and called and ordered a bouquet for her and she received a beautifully arranged flower basket. She was delighted. Have had their help for a few other 'whoops almost forgot" in the past, and the flowers are so professionally arranged.

Really upset! I ordered flowers on 15th to be delivered 19th February and they’ve still not been delivered! No answer when we call there and emails keep bouncing back! PayPal is looking into the case! I just want my money back!

HOrrible. Order never delivered. Call, texts, voicemails never returned. Had to stop pmt on credit card. Worst service I've ever encountered. Not even an attempt to reach out. Never use them!!

Ordered them to be delivered on the 8th and it still hasn't arrived on the 11th with multiple calls and texts not getting a single answer. I do not recommend this place. No matter how many calls they will not pick up.

I ordered a bouquet online, but have not been able to reach anyone by phone or, as suggested in the message, by texting. Very disappointed in the lack of any sort of customer service - not to mention the flowers intended for someone who's sick & would love to have them!

THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!The absolute worst! I cannot believe this place is still open! I literally want to call the police and report an assault, that’s how bad this place and the people who “work” there are. The level of unprofessionalism and apathy is appalling. I wholeheartedly believe this place is a scam. No one answers the phones and no one responds to any emails. They just assume you will go away and give up. There is no value to service they provide! Their selection was garbage just like the people who work there, which makes sense. They stole my money and really let someone down who was trying to provide comfort and care to someone who was really hurting. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. I’m going to report them to the BBB. This is insane.LOOK AT THE ACCOMPANYING REVIEWS!!WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!The city of Long Beach should consider shutting this place down and opening a community garden!

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. The delivery did not happen until so late at night (I’m assuming, my mom was asleep) that it might as well have been delivered a day late.

I choose a “ Zen” type plant/ orchid arrangement to fit in with the style of my daughter in law’s apartment. It was beautiful. I’d encourage them to offer a larger choice of this type as they are practically a sculpture.
