Sadly I have to give this store a low 2 rating not for their lack of great products because the store is an amazing gold mine of great products from hair care to nails and makeup they even have hand bags and lingere. They even have the largest selections and variety of all their products. The low rating is for their poor quality in customer service from when my styles and I walked into the store 2 employees singled us out from all the customers whi h I'm assuming is cause we were the only black customers in the store. They continously harassed us telling us we couldn't touch or pick up the products, then they offered us a hand basket and when we were looking at hair colors to buy they came and asked if they could take my basket and switch it for an empty one because my basket looked quite heavy for me to have to carry, and when I expressed my concern of them being quite racist or prejudice cause they weren't treating any other customers like this they de idea to stand back and leave us alone to the point where when I was calling on them for assistance I was just ignored like I wasn't even there or they were deaf. That was until I touch one of their items then I was swarmed by management and security. I have dealt with people being judgemental before but never to this extreme. I have really never been so offended and sadend by how we were treated and realized with how far our country has come from the racism and hate of the past how it is still very much present in some people still this day. It's really to bad because I really like the store it's self it would be my store of choice but it can't because of its employees. I can't bring myself to rationalize dealing with their hate and poor treatment just for their great products. Extremely racist....eyes on you and every move you make....was told to leave the lipgloss at the counter before i could continue shopping....i IMMEDIATELY left and gave my $100 to a better respectful and helpful beauty supply....shouldve known better once i saw the swapmeet shirts outside and plastic dinner ware inside ?

I like it. Convenient, sell everything honestly. Good store to go too for things you forget plus it's a beauty supply.Also they have a sign that says no bags. For everyone, if u have a bag just leave it up front ain't hard. Or in your car.

Wow this little hole in the wall beauty supply Hasson many good deals I love it! They need to work on there displays though it would help there e sales alot . But wow what a gold mine this place is ....it looks like a simple dollar store but wow itsso much more.

This place sells beta fish in horrible little plastic containers with bright blue colored water. They barely have room to turn around, let alone any enrichment to keep them entertained and comfortable. It's cruelty to animals, plus a public health risk because they keep them so close to food for humans. I won't be shopping there until they stop selling live animals.

I when in the store with my purse, one of the employee came up to me asking if I can leave my purse up in the front where his boss at, boss told him to ask me If I can leave my purse in the front by the counter the boss was standing and cashing out other customers, the boss was in the same a lane where I was looking at the hair product I don’t know if the boss is racist since I’m a black lady but I would say I’ll never go bac k to the discount store no more. 3/11/22

This hair salon is the best I've been to. The ladies who work there are very helpful. Ive never had a problem with being followed or anything. I love this store is right down the street from my house and has everything in the world you need for beauty/hair!!

Don't come here, they have the most inappropriate, immature, unprofessional employees. Don't talk about other customers to another customer, do your job. Here's how you keep money coming in, don't gossip about a PAYING customer. I came here today with a friend trying to help her get a wig, and one of the employees was so rude as soon as we got there. She's an older H lady. She took offense that I kept "insisting" my friend to get hair spray for a wig with clip-ins. Why are you so offended? Mind your own business. If I wanna suggest to get hair spray to my friend, I will do so, and I definitely didn't need to have walked into a conversation of that being a problem. That is so unprofessional and I don't know why she thought that was okay to do. Keep your s*** talking to yourself, and especially not in front of customers. She looks like of the age to know better but I guess common sense isn't so common.
