I was helped out by Braulio Hernandez who is a Customer Sales Rep, he was very helpful and kind. As well as very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my battery and was even able to note what else was wrong with my car. His work is grately appreciated and he deserves a raise!

Bought two Centennial Marine Deep Cycle Batteries. Got home and they only gave me two nuts not four. Went back the worker hands me 8 nuts, shows me on a battery he says is the one I bought (which ended up not) so I got home and he gave me the wrong ones. Called and the manager didn’t care about their mistake. Worst customer service. Their workers are standing around doing nothing. Don’t go here, would not recommend this location. The owner of this shop needs to get workers that care about the customer.

I was in and out in 15 minutes. I called because I could tell my car was about to die. They quoted me over the phone and actually had my battery (I drive a Volvo most car shops never have my battery on hand). My car literally died at the shop when they asked me to move it to a different spot, they jumped it and installed the battery. From parking to driving away. Literally 15 minutes. Car stuff gives me major anxiety, this company got me right very efficiently.

2nd Battery failed within one year! Last one lasted 3.5 mo. :(Warranty is ~3 months! Manager refused to remedy.Been coming to them for 20 years and was very happy, until, I was told there was nothing they could do.Wrote corporate, a few days later I received an email instructing me to contact the Manager to remedy.Once the manager was authorized by corporate, he promptly replaced the defective battery.Great prices on re-furbished batteries, good service, polite, but, be aware of the short warranty on re-furbs.

These guys know your battery needs. Professional and great attitudes by all those I encountered. They have longer lasting and stronger batteries than you will get the auto parts stores and pricing is very reasonable. I wished I would have found them years ago!

Came in today for another used battery, bought one over a year ago and George told me they usually last over a year and sure enough it did. They have an option for a 21 day upgrade and just pay the different but he told me he doesn't recommend it and glad he did. Saved me money last year so today I came in for a new one and he saved me more money showing I can buy it online. Great customer service. Jose did the install and left it just how i had it. Thanks fellas.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Placed an order online & paid for it. Went to store only to find out that the store systems are not real time and they did not have the order. 40 minute round trip drive wasted. Not sure when I will get my battery.

Took my rv to have a new 12v starter battery installed. They took a look at it and told me they would not replace it as it was in the battery well under the stairs of the motor home and it was difficult to get to. I am disabled, not that it matters. I drove the coach home and replaced the battery myself. I wish i had the ability to turn away business like these people do while i was still working. Seems this generation just wants life to be easy at all costs. This is the third time something similar has happened with this company. I have had enough. There are companies out there that want to be of service. Too bad this isn't one of them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere that appreciates your business. Jim H
