This location should receive five stars for the service, as all of the bankers including Vanessa are 100% amazing. However, I give it one star based on the safety and security of this location. The security guard is constantly on his phone, I stared him for over 8 minutes, and he didn't look up once from his phone. He is usually not in a conspicuous location, and he doesn't seem to stroll the parking lot. I don't think I'll be returning, because even yesterday, there was a creep on a bicycle who parked in front of the doors, but walked around the corner, to the intersection. What was he doing?Total recipe for disaster. Find better security, keep your staff and customers safe. I'm also going to reach out to the city council person for this area.
Update: your response is not good enough. Making me go to social media is not happening.

The worst experience ever the lines are so long people were standing around nobody was helping customers this is the reason why I chose to go with Southern California credit Union they are always fast there's never a long lines like there is at Bank of America don't do business at Bank of America

I regret having an account with this bank. I had a fraud experience and no one could help me. Since the beginning I walked in into the bank every associate where on their own little world talking about their personal lives until they noticed I was there. One of the associates came up to me asking how he could help me. I told him about my problem he told me they can’t do anything about it I had to call the fraud department. He took me to his office dialed the number and just walked away. When I was in the phone they said my phone number is not registered: I needed the associate there to ask questions but guess what he was in his lunch breakI was by myself for an hour trying to speak to someone until another associate came and tried helping me but it was no use.I really hate this bank and I’m going to close my acc

Went to the back and cashed my check, then went to the ATM and deposited my money because the bank doesn't allowed you to safely cash and then deposit your money with the cashier . When I deposited my money on the ATM it just took my money, no receipt So I went to get help and the General Manager told me that they aren't responsible and that she couldn't help me at all. That Bank of america doesn't owned thr atms but they do take your money and let other organizations to manage them. But when problems like money lost they can't help you. Now they haven't helped me at all. First they said in 2 days I was going to be credited my $4,000.00 I lost on the ATM. Now they told me that despite that it was money for my mortgage. That money may be credited in 45 days and they can't do anything about it. So for all that big issues I don't have money for Christmas, pay my Mortgage and they aren't helping me at all. Bank of America should be a protected and trust institution, but it seems they are not. Because as of now I don't have money thanks to their failure to help me even I have been their costumer for years already. No money for my mortgage or any Christmas at all. Who can I contact or who can help me get my money? Bank of America has been useless and not helping me at all. I am so disappointed and stressed because I fell like they are robbing me and I don't even have money to pay my mortgage and I could risk losing my house for their mistake and not helping me the way they should. All these happened on their Long Beach CA Willow location and their manager did nothing to help me out Don't do business with an institution that will robbed you or won't help you resolve the problems you may encounter while banking with them

I never in a million years thought I would review a bank branch but my experience with Vanessa today warrants it. I've been with Bank of America for 20 years and was 100% ready to close my account today out of frustration. I had what was seemingly a very simple issue that I couldn't handle on the mobile app, online, or over the phone. They told me I had to come into a branch. I've been to 2 other branches and not even a manager could help me figure this out. Today's appointment was my last attempt and I was certain nobody would be able to help me here. I was ready to be done with BofA. Not only did Vanessa figure out how to help me, she showed me how I could do it on my mobile app which I was told I couldn't do and couldn't figure out how to do (& I'm good with tech!). Not even management at other branches could figure it out and even told me to give them a few days and ignored me! Vanessas kind and knowledgeable help today restored my faith in BofA. She also truly cared about my situation and what I was going through. She's a gem! I appreciate her beyond words! Thank you!!

I've been a customer with Bank of America since the 70's. It was late realizing I couldn't find my ATM card, the branch is 5 minutes from my home. I thought I would get a temporary card due to all the scammers during the pandemic, that ship has sailed. I have the app on my phone so Humberto #manager helped me do a digital card until my arrives I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks Humberto...

I’m a truck driver. I catch an Uber to deposit some cash into the atm so I don’t have a lot of cash on me, and every atm they have is out of order. Cost me 28 bucks and I couldn’t even deposit. I’d give less then 1 star if possible

Slowest bank ever no matter what time of the day you go or day of the week the employees literally sit and take their time like it's not a long line then only 2 windows open while employees are doing absolutely nothing everytime

Security guard of January 26 suck doesn't do anything just stare at people he's nice guy BUT I know when something goes down to argument where is he no where to be found hiding inside corner! What a waste of time being there rather get a someone do security guard plz do better
