Alright, normally I don't write negative reviews but after my experience here I felt so disappointed and angry with the results. I came in with just about the easiest thing they could do for a customer. Gel removal and cleaning. No nail polish, no scrub, just remove the gel I have on my fingers and clean it up. She started taking off my gel nail polish which was fine, but once it came to actually trimming my nails and shaping them, it was horrible. All my nails are rough on the edges, she didn't bother shaping or smoothing them out AT ALL. She cut my nails with the nail cutter and didn't even bother to cut them EVEN. My nails are that f*cked up that I'm going to have to go home and file them myself. She cut two of my cuticles and they bled. Which would've been fine because accidents do happen, but when this happened she wasn't even looking at my hands. She was in such a rush and doing a sloppy job you could just tell she was trying to get this done as soon as she could. Well the poor results reflected that. The way she was trying to clean up my cuticles was so poor it was almost like she was just doing the movements to look like she knew what she was doing when she actually wasn't. I will never come back to this place ever again. I've given it 2nd or 3rd chances because on the one off chance you get someone good, the work is decent. But is it worth it? I think the hell not.

Love the shop! The staff is friendly and takes care of you as soon as you walk in. A ton of polish selections; gel, dip, and regular polish. The shop is open and clean! Technicians are capable of doing amazing designs!

Tried this nail salon today bc my previous salon closed and this one is close to my work and I like to go on my lunch. My nails turned out pretty. I got a gel manicure and a standard pedicure. It took a very long time even with two separate people working on my hands and feet. Over an hour long. Then I go to pay. The gel manicure is at least $7 more than I have ever paid and the pedicure $5 more than I ever pay. So it took a long time and it was $10+ more than my average nail stop. Although service was friendly I doubt I will be back to this salon. Way too expensive.

At first, I was very happy with my service. The women helping me took her time with my my gel manicure. However, it is three days later and over half of the polish has already began to crack. I paid $30 for my gel manicure and am extremely disappointed it only looked good for two days. I will not be returning.

Luv..... my nails! Tammy you are the best! Girl you get down with nails:)) happy with the shape and color of nails. Very satisfied overall. Thank you Tammy and staff.

They do a great job on hands and feet. Occasionally, throw in a free 5 minute neck massage. It would be nice if some of the staff could limit chatter in Vietnamese. It's pretty much constant. The staff is nice and as I said, they do good work!

Today was my first time there and it was absolutely amazing!! The workers were so welcoming and nice. I would highly recommend coming here, on a scale of 1-10 an 11. This is my new nail place :). Not only did they do a fabulous job on my toe nails but the inside of this spa is so peaceful and relaxing I love it.

I got attended very quickly. The only problem was that when they were removing my nail polish from my toes, the lady asked if it was gel and I said yes, only the top coat. Then the lady that was doing my manicure and pedicure started to laugh and talk in their language. I found that rude. Also they seem to everything in a rush, to the point the lady that's as doing my manicure dropped nail polish on my finger and didn't clean it. Btw they charged $40 for my Mani and pedi.

Pro health nails on spring street. This place is very big looking really fancy. Staff was friendly and helpful great service. Just was a few things I felt was hard to swallow. Parking can be a bit hard if you don't mind walk some. But the only hard thang was there price. Yes I see what area your in but damm price a bit steep but I do say they do a fine job on nails

No massage? You have to pay $5.00 more for a massage. Who does that? I have never been to a nail salon where the massage is not included. $23.00 for a basic pedicure and nothing special. No thank you

I make my appointments with Helen now but I've had almost all of them work on me and I've never been disappointed. I just book Helen because I like talking to her. I think everyone is very professional and sweet. They are a bit on the pricey side but I'd rather pay more knowing I'd be happy then drive somewhere else for less money and be content. I pay $53 for a gel mani and pedicure. Oh! & I love their color selection! Gel and regular polish. They have a large variety! I'd recommend this place to anyone.
