I had an issue with my car and Jamar was extremely helpful, professional and patient. He guided my on how to put the part I bought from AutoZone which would otherwise cost too expensive to fix by a mechanic.

Absolutely amazing service from Roger! Bought a new battery for a used car I just got, took it to a mechanic immediately after and was told the battery didn't fit properly and I'd need to have it replaced/swapped out. Went back to AutoZone and he checked it out, quickly took the battery out, found the culprit (a spacer the mechanic missed), and got the battery fitting perfectly. Roger was such a lifesaver and explained everything he was doing, so glad I went back and had them take a look!

Today I realize I had a dead battery in my car, the battery was not in your typical spot as it was inside the vehicle… Who knew?
Anyway, I headed over to AutoZone and was helped by Roger… He came right out and Installed the battery for me very quickly.
I very much appreciate this Quick and kind service! He did also notice that I needed Air in my tires!
Very sweet and very kind… I have had wonderful service here in the past… I highly recommend!!!

AutoZone has a great variety of parts and what they don't have they can usually get you within 24 hours their service is great and they have a lot of locations I go there often for their prices they're pretty good

Jake D was a champ! He schooled my quirky cars Faubs. He took them apart and cleaned dirty/ sticky parts & the silver circles. 2 faubs not working at all, one didnt dispite new battery. Left with both working (- the quirky one not unlocking).Tyvm Jake for keeping on task to conquer!

Stopped by to get a new headlight for my car and asked if I would be able to change it myself. Josue was helping me at the counter and came out to check and make sure he got me the right headlight. When he saw it was in an awkward spot he said he just changed it for me right there! Super helpful and I was in and out so fast. Thanks, Josue!

This is not a good place for Asians.I just visited this place to check the engine. When I asked to help, the manager just handed a fixfinder without any explanation. I had to search YouTube alone to use the machine.After using it, I went to inside and returned the machine to the manager. Then I felt that the manager was purposely dragging time. He was walking around the computers, and he laughed in a whisper with his coworkers.After about 10 minutes later, the manager gave a printed paper without any explanation.
