Kim is so kind and accommodating. I brought two pairs of shorts in for alterations. She fixed a pair of shorts that I ruined! Not only was her work extremely well done, she was ahead of schedule and everything came out better than I expected! Highly recommend.

Really good value here! The Vietnamese lady that works here is the sweetest! She's so friendly and kind. Makes you feel really welcomed. The alteration is also good and good price. I've been back a couple of times already.

The very first time I called lady answering the phone was rude and unprofessional so it's a No for me. Looking somewhere else for my alterations. No thank you

**updated 11/19/2022 5:18 PM**After contacting the property management. I contacted the store back and they stated for me to come back in. After coming in they still do not believe me said they will put the customer first. She returned my items but still irked me that she tried to tell me that I am lying. Either way Justice was right and served today however, when making deals here be very careful and take pictures of your transaction with cash. If you use credit card you are fine as you will have proof in the digital format."If you use cash please make sure she stamps your receipt" this is what she told me.The work was done properly but the customer service was 0.This was an update from 11/19/2022 at 5:18 PM***see below for original post:Please have the business owner reach out to me. You have my information already and have taken a picture of my ID. Your Employee stated that I had not paid already but I have, I paid in cash because she did not trust me(I assume). I came back today and she claimed she did not stamp my receipt even though she gave me that receipt last minute when I was heading out. I told her please pull out the video footage in a very kind matter and I will wait as it will prove I paid. I have the exact date and time of the transaction I made. She stated for me to come back at 6 pm, even though the store closes at 5 pm so that she may have time to speak to the owner and tell him to lookup the video. I told her this is important for me as I need my items for tomorrow morning, she stated that he is working currently and cannot call him. I just want what is owed to me, This is the first time I have been mistreated by this older lady not only on the first day but to insult me and call me essentially a liar. I even gave her my ID to say hey, give me my clothes. here is my address and you may reach out to me if you really think I did not pay. She stated no no, I cant help you I dont know how to access the cameras.The shady part in all this? She stated right away when I made the claim I paid and to look up t he camera at the certain time and date that is shown on the receipt she right away deflected and said "We do not have cameras" but I see 4 of them at the minimum. Please do what is right, give me my clothes back because I already paid you the money in cash because your employee was racist from the start and asked me multiple times "are you sure you want to do this, its expensive" even though I said yes and paid in cash.you have my info in your system, do the right thing and return my items.Karma is real and justice has to be served.Service: Laundry pick-up
