Just got off the phone with Steven and his customer service was excellent! I had a problem with my phone and called in and not only did he help me fix but he helped me to keep it from happening again! I didn't know about the 3 finger double tap zoom and I was so confused. Thanks again Steven!

Zack was GREAT! I went in feeling defeated and left feeling like a winner. Zack was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend this store to anybody looking to get help with a device or situation that needs assistance.

Customer service here is horrible. I went in there to order a new iPhone. It took two guys to help one late. I was still sitting there. I was no acknowledgment I decided to go somewhere else if people don't deserve four stars, they deserve zero stars of anything I recommend not coming to the store at all.

STOLEN TRADE INS! DO NOT TRADE IN PHONES HERE! I traded in 5 iPhone 13 Pro Max's at this location. I thought all went well since I physically turned my phone in. However they didn't give me a receipt since the store closed while we were there. They promised me a receipt the next day which I did receive ONE. 9 months later I call to find out how much is owed on my cellphone only to find out that there was no trade in. I called the store to find out what happened and they tell me that their trade ins have been stolen in route. I ask them to note that on my account since it isn't my fault that they were stolen after I turned them in and they tell me I need the IMEI to determine if mine was one of the stolen phones. I finally got them the IMEI and they have yet to get back to me regarding my stolen phone. With the IMEI ATT has been able to determine that the phone was sold and is now being used by a Cricket wireless user but can't see the sale since everything is done privately through this store. So PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT HAND YOUR PHONE OVER TO THIS STORE! I'm out $1000 and all anyone can tell me is the store has to correct this. This store simply ignores me or is always too busy.

Was helped by yazmin the other day she helped lower my plane with my corporate number when I had came in looking for a cheaper phone line and ultimately helped me save 20$ a month and I'm grateful for the time she had put in to help me understand my phone plan and how I could save$

Exceptional Sales Consultants at this location "Wilbert" and the Manager "Juan" helped me tremendously picking out the right electronics for my business needs. I needed a major upgrade for my personal & Real Estate business. Based on my needs they recommended few electronics below:- iPhone 14 Terabyte- I will be able to film quality property tours and video for my clients and plenty of storage while filming -iPad: I can use to show properties online in real-time and use for my Open houses for sign-in sheet, access my CRM, play music at Open Houses etc. -Apple Watch: Personal use listen to music at the gym without having to carry my iPhone. I can also track my fitness progress like my steps, heartbeat, diet., etc. I'm excited my Apple Watch I find it motivating =)! Lastly I took advantage of a promotion where you buy 3 accessories get the 3rd one for free. I bought a iPhone 14 case (anti-bacterial, soft black), screen protector and the cherry on top JBL blue tooth speaker :) I can use it for my Open houses / play. Overall I am fully set up on all electronics for my business/personal needs and success for a good price!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Don't fall for the free phone scam. You get a new phone BUT you MUST upgrade to a higher plan. My bill increased 50% . Be warned. It's NOT A GOOD DEAL

Went in to have my old phone and IPad upgraded. I received excellent service from Brenda who made the entire process friendly and easy. I have been to this Store twice now and highly recommend it for any AT&T customer.

Store #3An employee here, Brenda, was very helpful in providing a sixteen digit code plus clear instructions for creating a password. So lack of said password, which a prepaying customer isn't given, prevented the ability to get the iPhone offer. One employee who knows what she is doing, one out of many. It only took three stores.

So I've been needing to update my iPhone and I've honestly quite been a little nervous about losing my previous plan which caused a bit of apprehension. This store location is quite close to where I live and I decided to come in here to find out what upgrade I could get that would be best and also have my great plan. Jessie and Orlando came through like champs today. Jessie brought up my plan/bill and consulted with Orlando about what he saw. Turns out I was paying too much for what I THOUGHT was a great plan. Word to the wise people, ALWAYS ask questions about what plans are available. It could save you some money in the long run. Just like I did today. Bottom line, if you're in the downtown Long Beach area and you need someone to help you get more bang for your buck, swing by this location and hopefully Jesse or Orlando are working. They should be able to help you out with some suggestions and work some magic for you too. Thanks again Jessie & Orlando.
