“10.23 UPDATE - I was wrong about this place. My washer broke down after 3 days of purchase, it started leaking water. I called the # on the invoice since they told me my purchase had a 90 day warranty. Long story short and after numerous phone calls, 1 visit to where they took the part that supposedly was damaged and 10 days of waiting for them to repair the washer, they didn't. They left the washer with a missing part and promises of they coming back to fix it and never happened. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! Not only did they take my money but took advantage of single mom. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This place has a wide selection at super cheap prices and the best customer service. I bought a washer and dryer and were delivered the same day!”

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.

The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.

I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”

“We have a 14-year-old Dual fuel Kenmore elite 48 inch range in which the ovens were no longer working. We called Kenmore repair service paid $119 was told the computer board needed to be replaced and that Kenmore no longer makes that computer board. I was given a website by the Kenmore repairman. The control board cost $1300. After placing the new control board, the oven did not work. I called Kenmore and a second repair man returned for a second visit. I told the schedule person on the phone that I replaced the computer board and was told by the repairman that because I replaced the computer board, they could not touch the range because o now had voide the warranty. We were ready to dispose of the range and buy a new one. A friend who owns a baking business uses Martinez Refrigeration and Appliance for her business equipment. They sent Maurizio who came within two hours of the call. He is knowledgeable and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He discovered that the electrical breaker outside was not making good contact and just throwing it and resetting it fixed the problem. He determined this by measuring the voltage coming into the range. The first Kenmore man had the same device and did not recognize the problem. I can’t say enough to express how grateful I am for Mauricio‘s knowledge. He delivered knowledgeable and professional service. Currently It is rare to find a repair man that knows what he’s doing. I read one review about Mauricio not responding to a call for a one star review. I’m sure there was a good explanation for the lack of response. It would have served that reviewer well to have rescheduled Mauricio because he is an excellent rare person in today’s world we’re most of the time, so-called experts frequently disappoint with their service. I highly recommend this repair service and if you need an appliance, I would have faith buying from Mr. Martinez. The cost of the service was 50% of the Kenmore service. It took less than three hours from my original call to Mr. Martinez to Mauricio’s fix. I am grateful for the service”

“Logan is the associate that helped me and truly was the most helpful person I have ever had to help me. I had called prior to my arrival and asked if there was someone that could help me rekey the locks I had. He put me on a brief hold and then told me to come in and they would be able to help. Once I arrived, a couple other associates said they didn't have anyone to help me and then suddenly Logan appeared. He said he had done it before and he would help me. He saved the day and made sure to keep his word. He truly gave it his all as the lock was giving him some issues and he didn't give up. He did both locks and was so kind. Often I go in and there is not many that can help me (they always say "it's not their department" and I go on a wild goose chase). Logan truly cares about customers and it shows. He continued to help others while working on my lock and made sure everyone felt seen and heard. Other associates were just walking by, yet Logan stood out as his leadership, his initiative and just pure joy of his job shined so bright! He deserves employee of the month or even year! I truly don't like going into hardware stores as I always feel lost and that no one cares. Not this day! Logan was beyond awesome! I told him he needs a new badge that said "Best Employee Ever!" I think you need to promote this man to a manager position and give him a raise! I never do these reviews often, as no one typically in my experience goes the extra mile... Logan has made me now pick Lowe's every time over Home Depot!! Everyone should be like Logan! Hire more Logan's.”
