We recently purchased a dryer and stove from Hugo and his family The customer service and professionalism was 10 stars! I found them to be trustworthy, as well as take pride in their work and quality of their products. Delivery was on time as promised and installation was quick. I would purchase from them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

The receptionist - Jasmine displays telephone skills detrimental to the organization. Communication with her was a bit challenging in listening, and critical skills abilities. I decided to go with a different service for servicing my washing machine in pursuit of a durable and professional operation.

Highly recommend appliance brothers technicians! They made a very difficult situation a lot easier on me & even better, within my financial means. I purchased a fridge from another company less than 2 months ago & the refrigerator part was not getting my items cold enough. I’ve thrown away close to $200 in food from it spoiling because it just wasn’t getting my products cold enough. I had been calling the store i got it from for a week & no response. Finally i decided to look elsewhere & thanks to all the other great reviews here i called in. Quick answer, great & friendly customers service & Hugo was able to come out the same day at a timeframe that worked out perfectly for me. When he got here he talked me through what he was doing, showed me what he saw, what needed to be replaced & fixed to make it work properly & how i needed.

I recently bought a lovely stove from this store since my old one was slowly going out. Customer service was great, very friendly and attentive. Hugo came out to deliver and install it quickly. The price was also very reasonable for an almost brand new stove. Would definitely buy from them again!!!

My fiancé and I moved to Long Beach in November and needed to purchase a fridge and stackable washer/dryer - so we did some research and took our chances with these guys. The fridge has been fine, but to our dismay the washer portion of the stackable set is a lemon and we've had to call SEVERAL times for Hugo to come out and repair it. Each time he says we have to "balance the load" or it will stop at the spin cycle. And that's the excuse we got each time even though we both tried EVERY load on every cycle - 2 bath towels, standard sized load clothes, bed sheets, normal wash, quick wash, rinse and spin - you name it - the same crap each time. Like everyone else in America, I've been doing laundry for years and never had to worry about a messed up spin cycle for some work shirts or two towels.. it's usually bulky/heavy items that are the problem. Timeline: -- Bought and delivered on November 17th , started having problems after the second or third load...the loads get stuck on spin cycle and won't reset until a few hours later (during which time, the machine is making strange sounds). -- December, contacted business for the first time regarding problems. Hugo cut off a few centimetres of the the spin censor so it wouldn't shut down the load. -- February, called business to come fix again... have been ringing out my clothes BY HAND for 2 months now. Not sure what Hugo did this time, but he says it's fixed now... -- March, spin cycle still not working, and at some point the loads stopped starting completely. No water comes out.. machine making a strange growling/humming sound. -- April 7th, called again. He said we need to balance the load better, unscrewed the front of the washer and reset some internal "code". Then let the washer run a full cycle.. with nothing in it.. and of course it was fine... with nothing in it (guessing we're suppose to wash air cause nothing else is ever balanced enough LOL). Said he would send a manual so we could reset it ourselves next time... manual never came. -- April 11th ,I had to call again, and this time same response: "you're not balancing the load, can come reset the code." Hugo had a bad attitude and seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. My response was "So we have to unscrew the machine and reset the code every time we need to wash something now? Don't bother to come".. Then, I finally asked for the refund we deserve or a credit for a FUNCTIONING machine... because at this point, It's clear they sold us a broken item and it's NOT user error, like he's making it seem . He says it's been five months and the warranty only covers 3 months - never mind how many times I've contacted him for repairs WITHIN the 3 month warranty period. And we still never received that manual. Such a waste of time and $800+. Save yours and find somewhere else.

I got an oven delivered to my place same day!! Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices!! I highly recommend Appliance Brothers, not only was I helped by extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at the store but the Technician who delivered my oven and hauled my old one away did not scratch or damage anything start to finish (and where I live it was a tight squeeze to get the ovens in and out) and he even swept behind my oven before installing the new one...and that was all for free!! I'm so happy with my awesome new oven and the help I recieved!! Appliance Brother's should be your go to place when you need gently used or new appliances!!!

I would absolutely recommend this place for those looking for a quality affordable appliance. I bought a condo that desperately needed all appliances replaced and so I opted for used on some to save budget. I found a killer GE 20 cu ft top freezer refrigerator for just $450 here. Hugo delivered it promptly, switched the directions of the doors for me, and made sure it was in working order. He even tweaked the hardware on the doors when they didn't close quite to his taste after setup, and now the open/close so smoothly. They've got a great family business here.

I bought a refrigerator a little over 2 years ago and recently the freezer side wasn't freezing but the refrigerator side was working. I've reached out to them more than 4 times to get assistance with repair and was willing to pay what was needed. I've sent them photos of my refrigerator twice and gave them my address still no response. I paid &$ 700 and got two years out of this with the worst customer service ever. I definitely understand that I bought a used refrigerator but for them not to assist when I bought it from them and was willing to pay is crazy.Please beware when you purchase from this company you're better off buying a new refrigerator . Now I have to get a new refrigerator I just looked at the reviews and saw another person with the same problem voice concerns about repairs after the warranty and still willing to pay the extra funds needed and they still wouldn't assist. I read all the information this company is honest and knowledgeable but it's all a lie. This company full of scammers.

Highly recommend speaking with Hugo on all matters applicable related. In my experiences with his company and customer service, he was not only polite & attentive but equally important, knowledgeable on his products. Having that technical experience, one that can only be gained through the years after thousands of hours and interactions, is invaluable. Coupled with his professional aura makes him a dime a dozen.Thank you for the customer service Hugo, we are fans!

I called this afternoon because my refrigerator went out. I just assumed I would need to get another one. I called, explained what was going on with the fridge and decided I would go and check out what they had. When I got there the Jasmine remembered me from the phone and said the technician said it might be cheaper to fix it. We arranged for him to come out later this afternoon. Hugo came and instead of a new compressor (as I assumed it would be) it turned out to be a part that simply needed to be replaced. He could have sold me anything, including a new refrigerator, but was honest and made the repair quickly and easily. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone honest who’s wants to provide good service instead of ripping people off. I would recommend them to anyone.
