This is my go-to spot for local, handmade body soaps. It's a family-owned business that has some clothing, but mainly skincare. For those familiar with downtown Long Beach, the company used to be Ash Bay Soap Co. and used to exist on Broadway. They're rebranding as Saffria and this is their forever home. They consistently run a special on soap bars where you get 4 for $25 and you can mix and match. You really have to plan ahead though as they sell out fragrances rather quickly, and if you don't have your stock, you have to explore other options. *we buy in bulk and stick in the fridge. They also usually have bath bombs, oils, etc as well. If you're looking for quality and care about ingredients, this is the place for you.

It exists, oh and the shops not empty... only positives. Everything other aspect is boring and blah.

Absolutely loved this store for years they have great simple chic and quality pieces. Wish they had a bigger store and more selections but never have seen something I didn’t like so maybe the size is perfect ☺️ ?

This is my favorite shop in so cal! Well priced, beautifully curated - from amazing soap and stunningly simple accessories, to perfect statement pieces (kelly green linen pants - yes please)! Well worth a stop in.

The owner has an impeccable taste for what is brought into this space. I hate shopping and I feel like she makes it so simple for me every time I shop here as if she curated and picked out the best clothes for me already. Saving myself from going through tons of clothes elsewhere & being indecisive. Having a beautifully curated collection in one space is just a dream. Very thankful for this gem. The pieces are timeless and I've worn them through multiple seasons and still love them.

Was super disappointed...shop hours says they are open 12-5. I made a large detour specifically to get a dress I saw them post on their social media. When I arrived at 4:20, they were already closed. I don't live in the area, so coming to the shop isn't an easy trip. Hopefully the dress I want will be there the next time I'm in the area, and that they will be open.

Honestly, I'd always wanted to go into Anneise because the aesthetic is so beautiful; however, that aesthetic also reads as expensive. Finally visited the store recently and was so surprised to find such reasonable prices! I found so many pretty things that I wanted to take home that I had to narrow down my selections and make some tough choices. I even wore one of my new necklaces out of the store! Now that I know I can get such gorgeous pieces that look way more expensive than they are, this will be one of my first places to shop for jewelry.

Love shopping here! I just wish I had money to shop here more often. The prices are very reasonable and I feel like I can get clothes and accessories it's that I can't really find elsewhere. Some of the clothes can be a hit or miss for quality, but for the most part, they're pretty good.

Incredible selection of plants. It's hard to not want to buy them all. I walked away that day with 5 plants! We love shopping local and supporting small businesses. If you love plants as much as we do, stop by and say BBC hello. Lots of great things happening in this shop and in this area
