I would stay away from this 7/11 AT ALL COSTS unless you would prefer to get your card info swiped by them. This happened to me and they spent $500 in the diamond bar area. Confirmed this place because I don't use that card anywhere else and look at their readers they're obviously tampered with. There's a 7/11 on Anaheim & Studebaker that's provided excellent customer service for me since then.

Not 24 hour. I can't even count how many times I've come by and the doors have been locked with some vague handwritten sign. Completely unreliable and counter to everything about 7 Eleven's reputation. I even just ordered on the 7 Eleven delivery app and the driver showed up unable to pick up the order wasting their time and gas for nothing. I'm somewhat shocked 7 Eleven allows for this location to continue under its title. The *worst* 7 Eleven in So Cal.

In our crisis, this businessman got in loads of TP for his neighboring customers and preceded to sell it all to one guy. This store needs to close in this crisis as he doesn't care about anyone but himself. Probably a friend that will resell for outrageous amounts and he'll make more. Boycott this 7-11 and drive to PCH and Clark. Not taking care of your regular customers will cause a shutdown. Let's all get together and shut down this store.

The workers in the afternoon have don't have good customer service. Particularly, there are two male workers who are almost rude. They are not in the least friendly. Because of this I'll be taking my business to another 711 or Circle K.

i go in to buy a green dot visa card, i grab it off the shelf go to pay and what do you know... the clerk says " we dont load these anymore ". how incompetent must the store owner be to have items on his shelfs that they dont sell to customers.

Whatever you do NOT go to this 7-11 to turn in your lotto tickets. The store clerk ( fat gangster with a cheesy eyebrow ring) claimed that I had already cashed my ticket. The weird thing is that he was able to cash a $6.00 ticket but not the $20? I didn't believe him so I went to a different liquor store and had no problem cashing it out.
