This is the worst bank in the history of banks. They have the worst hours of business, the atm's are down regularly. I never had a positive outcome when calling customer service. Any other bank is better than this one. Save yourself the time and heartache. Get into Navy Federal if you can

If your life depended on the STAT LINE for services you would be DEAD! Horrible automated system that I have ever dealt with. In office staff is great though. Everyone has always been nice and very helpful. Been a member over 25 years and no problems other than the STAT LINE.

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and you always see new faces, which says to me employees are not happy there. I have to go inside the other day to discuss a bank error. Not only did the teller repeat the charges and place of business that the charge was from very loudly for the entire bank to hear (unprofessional) but he continued to say I was wrong. They ended up returning my monies to me (I was right). I would not recommend this bank to anyone, the hours suck and it's in a inconvenient location.

Worst bank ever all they do is STEAL MY MONEY I HAVE SO MANY 30$ WITH 10 GRAND IN MY SAVING AND A OVERDRAFT IM SICK OF IT THEY SENT MY CAR REGISTRATION back !!!! They don't call you back !! Or return emails

Unbelievably bad service! I could not access my online account at all! After 2 weeks of trying, I have decided to give up. Initially, I tried to access my new account and could not. However, their representative told me several times that I had not deposited enough money into the account. After the 3rd reprimand in the same conversation, I promised on the lives of my grandchildren that I would make another deposit as soon as I could. But, she was unable to give me access to my account. It is now 3 weeks and I am waiting for a response to "chat" on how to close the account. I understand technical issues and bad days. However, 6 consistent bad interactions is a PATTERN! Access to money is far too important to be left to this type of badgering incompetency.

One star is generous If you are tempted, DONT do it They specialize in NO customer service I have banked here for 30 years It was convenient as long as u don't need any assistance or customer service Extra fees are a constant! And they Never return phone calls Again Don't do it!

blocked my card for the 5th time for no reason and i can’t do nothing about it because they’re closed on weekends and i need to uber to work over the weekends so yeah this bank is weird and very outdated technology wise. customer service is good depending on who picks up the phone, some of them sound like they hate to do their job
