Not once but twice I ordered delivery from this store that Was either wrong or not delivered at all. Trying to get refunded for my non delivery has been nothing short of impossible, and getting compensated for the Mistakes made on another delivery has been equally impossible.
After speaking with thier customer care and being assured that my issues would be resolved, 3 months later in one case and a month later in another has resulted in me simply loosing money to this company for their mistakes. I have not been refunded money owed to me for the non delivery, nor have I received adjustments in the order that they got wrong. I WAS a loyal customer, but now I will shout from the tips of the mountains to buyers beware especially if you are using their delivery service.

I bought some Primo water from machine dispenser. Remember seeing one here a long time ago. Filled up 3 ..5 gallon jugs. Price was $2.50 for 5 gallons.

Big surprise, find it closed early again. This place is not consistent with its working hours and doesn't even post changes in hours. When they are open, staff is not friendly at all!

Very bad, I had a cashier who was only worried about her cell phone, we waited a long time for her to finish seeing her messages. The cashier had more customers but she didn't care, she just closed and went to her break

I went to the store last night. They didn't have any carts that I could use. When I finally found one and went shopping, it locked up before I even got to my car. This has happened before I have gotten to my car. When I called from my car to complain, no one would answer. A person should be able to take a cart to your car in Albertsons own parking lot.
