I rented for years at Alamo but this time I made a reservation, Long Beach airport I drove 40 minutes and they didn't have my vehicle. I called customer service and they gave me a new reservation. I arrived and again they didn't have the vehicle. The manager and the assistant didn't care. Don't rent at Alamo. They do not respect reservations

Great service and lovely staff! Khan’s customer service was brilliant! We had a mare trying to get hold of a Mustang convertible last minute and initially we were told there wasn’t one available so we accepted a Dodge Charger instead. When we were in the car park finding the car, Khan was running around trying to find us to tell us a Mustang had just been returned and handed us the keys for our lovely new car for the day. We were super pleased, the car was in a brilliant condition and the whole process was seamless. Price was as promised. Would 100% recommend and would use Alamo here again.

All 5 stars go to Karen and Karen only. She was our only positive experience the whole time we rented with Alamo in Long Beach. My boyfriend and I are first time car renters and she was very kind and understanding and walked us through the process step by step. Thank you Karen!

Left them with no car. Rented multiple times from them and this time they declined my ID. No reason provided. Wrecked my day completely. Never go there again.

I have nothing but Positivity for Alamo Rent A Car. They saved my day when other travel arrangements fell apart. They were professional in getting me moving and caring enough to get me the best price.Now that's customer service.!
