ACE Moving exceeded all expectations during both our moving and arrival days. From the outset, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect and when.
On moving day, their crew was simply amazing. They arrived punctually, worked tirelessly, and handled our belongings with utmost care. Their efficiency was remarkable, making what could have been a stressful day remarkably smooth.

Was dreading the move. But, Ace was GREAT! Showed up on time; worked quickly; and were professional and competent. Delivery was equally easy. Hope never to do another big move; but, if we ever do, would definitely use them again.

Horrible experience with this company. The charged an insane amount of money and broke a number of my household items while joking "that's what you get insurance for"! Unfortunately, my experience filing the insurance claim was also awful. It took months to get everything resolved and they refused to pay for damage they made to an antique book due to it's "pre-existing condition". (The book was perfectly fine before they got their hands on it.) They have so far refused to supply any evidence of pre-existing damage and have been thoroughly frustrating to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can say I am glad I hired Ace for my move. The day started out bad as one of the original workers was not allowed on base. I thought things were going bad then. Well around 1p 2 crews (7 people) showed up to do the move. They finished everything in 3hrs. It was great. They were in and out in no time at all. My only deal is I wish I would have got the 'unpack' package because I'm still unpacking boxes and have so much paper and cardboard boxes all over the house and in my garage. Don't know what to do with them. Other than that the workers were great! I highly recommend!!-- Jim W

Atlas sits above the competition for full-service moves, and Ace Relocation Systems is the best Atlas agent I have worked with. From the initial phone call to delivery of our cross country move, everything was handled promptly and with extreme professionalism. Estimates were accurate and competitive, and communication through the move was timely and consistent. I always prefer a full-service move and if you're departing out of the LA basin, I highly recommend Ace Relocation Systems!
