Came in today with my fiance needing a part to a studio light fixed. Rae helped me out and she has before, always providing outstanding customer service. She identified the issue, went to the back of house and had José help her saw off a piece of the broken bolt. Then helped re assemble the item with sturdier parts. It was beyond helpful, and when I go back to that Ace Hardware store I’m looking for Rae and José for any questions or concerns I have. Great job!!

This place is much more than your typical hardware store! Great selection of tools and hardware. They custom mix Benjamin Moore paint (the best paint in my opinion) and can match any color on site while you wait. The knowledgeable staff is always welcoming the second you walk in and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. This store also has a high tech knife sharpener that measures the angle of your blade and duplicates it razor sharp. Thanks for the great service Tommy!

I have been going to Ace for many years, so when I needed some one- on-one help and expertise, I contacted this Ace Store. Everyone I spoke to in person and over the phone was pleasant and helpful! They were also dog -friendly! One of the friendly cashiers even gave my dog a treat. I was completely satisfied and will return for a third time!

Thank you to the Ace Team here and BIG thank you to Dave for making my day. I spent hours looking for the tiniest screws for my camera and no one could help so I called in & got connected to Dave who saved the day. He was very kind and was able to help me find exactly what I needed in less than 5 mins! Grateful to say the least. Will be coming back!

With only 3 minutes left before closing and me being almost 10 minutes away, Gabby was kind enough to wait for me and make the copy of a home key.
Little did she know this key was a gift to my parents who had been struggling to find a home on the weekends until I managed to get them their own apartment.
That was their key to their new apartment and she made it possible for me to place it in their hands that day.
Coupled with her kindness and care . Gabby made the difference.
That Long Beach Ace hardware store is lucky to have her be the face of it!
