I want to start off by saying that I NEVER leave reviews. But today ACA gets one!
Amazing customer service! I went in for a Smog Check and used a coupon with no problem at all! The guys working the front counter make you feel welcome and I loved the music they played while waiting for my car! I won’t go anywhere else from now on!!! Excellent job ACA Automotive!

They said they would be done on wednesday after dropping my car off monday morning. Wednesday they called and said they needed another day. Only replacing water pump. Also I was renting car and they knew it. Thursday late in day they called to pick up but I could not make it on time since I was working far away. Friday through tuesday I ended up out of town so they charged $170 for storage for only a couple nights. The manager was arrogant and a jerk. I will never go back. Calling over there was difficult to talk to someone and they did not call me back usually as promised. Picked up car and engine light still on. My car was a Toyota but they wanted me to believe that their parts were more expensive because they were American made. Expensive and rude!

Never noticed, but these guys at ACA constantly go above & beyond (15 years & counting) clearly family owned. We're happy to have a better alternative to those stealerships, great service & happy customers.

I called this morning in regards to my 2003 Honda Accord. Catalytic converter stolen. Adam asked for information like Vin, make and model. Called back asking if it's 1 or 2 cylinder. I called back and left message. No call. I then can around 4 and get the run around from another person that they don't quotes over the phone. Obviously annoyed even more so now he gets me the person I originally talked to and tells me he never heard back from me. I said I called back and got a voice-mail. He tells me they don't check msgs until AFTER they close. I said well then maybe you should say that in your recording because I've wasted all day WAITING for a call back. I don't think ADAM liked this very much. He starts talking over me asking how many cylinders. I tell him I don't know how many they took because I can't see that well under the car. I'm a woman who doesnt know crap about cars btw. He then tells me because I'm mad and frustrated he can't help me. Adam was rude and unprofessional in a smirky way.
Put yourself in your customers shoes ADAM and re think this scenario that just happened. Of course I was upset and frustrated. Who wouldn't have been? Interesting to know if you record your calls with customers because I'm sure management would understand fully why I as the customer was upset. That being said, it was a blessing in disguise because I did receive a return call from the 2nd place I clled this morning and he profusely apologized for calling late which I was never expecting a time with him so I wasn't even upset. But I'll tell you what. I'm going with this guy. I'll take kindness over rudeness or one-upping another any day. He was able to quote me a price and the 95 dollars for inspection goes towards my total bill. Plus he had researched and found me a converter for 300 LESS that what he thought originally. I think 1600 for a new catalytic converter plus maintenance costs is an excellent deal! Thank you Lord for Adams rudeness?

Sal is amazing! I needed a part that was going to cost about $2000 just for the part alone, I have been helping my son with his four kids since their mom left them and I have been traveling back and forth between states and was on a little budget. He was able to find a newer used part unlike something the dealer would have done. He saved me quite a bit of money, kept in contact with me about the car and was able to hold it there for a few days until I came back into town. I will definitely be bringing my car back here!! The whole staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Customer service is outstanding, everyone has a professional demeanor; fantastic communication .
ACA Automotive is a AAA Approved Auto Repair location, which is one of the reason why I chose to service my 09 Acura here after having trouble with my car not starting.
The other reason was due to fair-to-good reviews; so I took my chances.
It's difficult to review pricing as I didn't have time to obtain quotes from other auto-repairers; but certainly less expensive than going to dealership.
After troubleshooting ACA found my engine had a lot of malfunctioning parts; keep in mind they only order OEM part’s unless it’s customer supplied.
I was very satisfied with all the repairs that were made and the 2 year/20k mile warranty that comes with all the work that was done.
I will be returning in the near future.

Always a pleasure to come to ACA for any of my automotive needs. The staff clearly explains any work and concerns, that may or may not need immediate attention. Staff is always happy and welcoming. A+ 5 stars!!!

We've used ACA for both of our older vehicles for the past year. Part of my heat shield was ripped away from under my car and hanging. They took my car, cut off the damaged piece and ensure the rest of the shiled was secured. They did this with no appointment and no charge. They've earned our continued business!

I've been bringing my 2003 4runner here for almost 10 years, and they always do a great job of keeping it running great! If you want to have a safe, reliable vehicle with the work done right, bring it to these guys. They are super knowledgeable, fair on price, and are respectful and kind. They do NOT cut corners like other mechanics!

I cannot say enough good things about ACA automotive. Andy and his team has taken car of us with our Mazda cx5. We went in for check engine light and it was hard to find the problem but they did and fixed it. Got entire new breaks. We will definitely come back again and again . Would ? recommend for small and big problems ACA Automotive will take great care of you
