Have been storing our stuff here for years. Clean, easy access. Staff is not overly friendly but they help when needed which is all I can ask for. I don’t love that the pricing keeps increasing. I definitely am planning on downsizing our unit because of this but will still stay here.

I had an absolutely great experience with AAA Quality Storage. The space is impeccably clean. I felt my items were totally safe. The staff on sight is top notch. Shout out Brenda and Tony, as well as the whole front desk and security staff. They were always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to them for any storage needs that I may have in the future. Thanks again!

This storage is very clean! I appreciate the customer service given by the receptionist and the gentleman that showed us the units. The process was very smooth I recommend doing a walk-in better than online.

I'm so happy with the cleanliness and customer service here! Brenda in the office and Tony were so helpful! We had a little bit of water leak into our unit, which has never happened before in the 2+ years we've had the same unit. Tony was quick to clean it up. He checked around to make sure he got everything and asked us to check and make sure none of our property was damaged (it wasn't, thankfully). I wanted to switch units, just in case. Brenda made sure we got the best bang for our buck size-wise, that we got a unit close to our old one so we didn't have to move too far, and really just made sure we had anything and everything we needed to make it as easy as possible for us. Outstanding customer service! Also, this is the cleanest storage facilities I've ever been to! No trash, no bugs, and no funky smell. IYKYK. Highly recommend!

I was in need of another storage space as an alternative to Extra Space Storage whom I have been with for many years. I remember when this AAA facility was built years back but it wasn’t until recently that I made the switch, and soooo glad I did! Brenda Chavez is the Manager and hooked up a great deal for me with great service. The units are modern and climate-controlled (unlike my old unit at Extra Space) and there are better access points for entry and parking. AAA Quality Storage Long Beach and Miss Brenda are top notch!

I've rented a unit here for a year. At the time, the place was nice and clean but did not allow you to use bathroom. So I couldn't even clean my hands after putting stuff in or out. I had a few interactions with the staffs at the front desk and they were nice and always willing to answer some questions. However, there was an African-American guy who always drove in a white Mercedes, worked with the staffs but did not wear a uniform, that was rude to me. He once interrupted my short question to the staff about returning the lock-key just because I asked him once and seems like he did not want me to ask anyone else. I didn't talk back because I think he's rude and nonsense. The staff also ignored him while continuing to answer my question. I do not know if he works there regularly, is the owner, or a partner. He should not talk like that to a customer. If he can't interact with people nicely then just stay in the back office or just don't work at all.

Love this place. It is so pristine and well maintained. But honestly its the fabulous manager Tina and her lovely assistant Carolyn. They run a tight ship. Always helpful, cheerful and great customer service. I feel very secure with my things in storage there. Very accommodating and kind. Thanks so much!

I used to like this place for my mom since she lives at a senior living home near by, but as of late customer service is horrible now. In my opinion I’ve never seen a "Maintenance" person dress like a gangster and smoke cigarettes outside of the building. Unprofessional in so many ways. Very annoying when I come with my 7 yr old daughter. The young lady who was working here not so long ago was very attentive. She seemed to always on top of the customers concerns and making sure to keep on eye on the building. It feels different now that I haven't seen her. Now no one can seem to answer the phone, went to the office this morning & again, The office is always locked. There is pee in the stair ways and sliding doors are always open. People (anyone) can just walk in. What's the point of the security code? Bad management.

Clean. Excellent facility with HVAC and good lighting. Good secure. Downside closes at 6 pm. Expensive monthly fee.

I have to say that this place is amazing and completely made my day when I was looking for a storage unit. Carol helped my partner & I find a unit to store our stuff, and she was not only friendly and informative; but she made the transaction fast and made us feel safe and comfortable knowing that this place has security protecting our stuff. Please give accolades to Carol and know that she is an exceptional attribute to your company and will keep the company in great standing with her wonderful and outgoing personality.
