Other than being told that the A/C worked in a old Honda when it did not. Just the energy of the guy working there was off putting. They charge 5% of the total cost if you pay with credit or debit which is what I call being robbed. I had great credit and I was willing to put down 3500 on a vehicle that cost 5900. He told me my payments should be 125 based on the pricing but then told me that the lowest he could go was 250. Because the banks don't want to do long payments with used cars, which by the way. Is a lie. He had a guy behind me that was interested in the same car, so he was excited to get rid of us. Anyway, unless you live inside the dealership so it's convenient, take 2 seconds to go anywhere else . His shirt looked ironed though. So, Good man.

I had to buy a car in California for my daughter and I had one day to do it. I had about 6 cars picked out to look at. What could go wrong? Everything could have and the odds were that every car would be a dog that I had to pass on and we'd be left with nothing. But my first stop was A & A. The car was exactly as advertised. The price was already more than fair. He knew my situation and was waiting for us when we arrived. The purchase went so smoothly and if not for delays on my banks part, we might have been out of there in an hour! Even with the delays the whole purchase only took 2 hours! He took care of all the paperwork and knew exactly what he was doing. When my plate got returned because of a mistake I made on the address he even resent it for me at his own expense. Probably the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had.

I saw a used Ford F150 for sale at this dealership online and came to check it out. I met the owner and he gave me the key to the truck. He didn't even bother going with me. When I came back into the office, I asked if we can make some kind of deal because the truck was pretty beat up. It has a big dent in the front, water damage in the roof, and peeling paint that was not shown online. The owner appeared agitated and didn't seem like he wanted to sell me the car. He said there are other people interested in the car already and was very dismissive. I won't be coming back here anymore. Good luck to whoever buys that overpriced piece of junk.

So few days ago I emailed this place with an offer for a Toyota Prius C in $CASH with no response I decided to take an Uber to see the car after reading reviews from different sites knocking on the door I said hi I'm here to see the Toyota Prius that's for sale to the two guys sitting there chatting without a mask violating the social distancing rules.... they both looked at me with an awkward silence finally one of the said yeah.... yeah.... "Are you paying cash or finance" he shouted so I said to them I want to take a look at it aren't you getting the keys? Yeah yeah, the keys are outside... I get you the keys... I was like what kind of place is this? Told them never mind I changed my mind request an Uber back home after a result of a bad customer service experience they say things happen for a reason they vehicles there didn't look very reliable plus it looks like we're working on one in the middle of the car lot. I honestly say Stay away!!! If you really truly value your hard earned money -

We wanted to buy an electric car and the Fiat 500e fit our needs. A & A had six on the lot to choose from. We did the paperwork on 9/8/2019 and drove our beautiful nero puro 2016 home that day. The staff made it easy and took care of all the formalities. Just not sure how the experience could have been more trouble-free. Thank you A & A.
