Update: I've been coming here for about 5 months and I see such immense improvement in my strength and also can see more toned muscle developing on areas of my body. In addition , this has helped me improve my mental health , as it is my daily escape from the stress and hectic nature of life! Again - run don't walk here! It's an invaluable investment in both your physical and mental health! Run don't walk here! This is the only place to go to for all your fitness needs! I love and adore this place! You get a total body workout in 30 minutes (no class times, just simply pop-in), I already feel stronger and see that I am developing more muscle structure. It's a circuit style training with emphasis on kick boxing, conditioning, weight training, core strength, etc. - this is done within 9 different "rounds" that are 3 minutes each and no prior kickboxing experience is necessary. Believe me, the 30 minutes past by like a blink of an eye!All of the trainers are absolutely exceptional, amazing and attentive! If you have any injuries/pre existing mobility issues or if you have any specific fitness goals, they personalize and modify , each "round" as needed for you. You basically have a personal trainer at each and every workout. Also, this location is extremely welcoming, there is such a deep sense of community and camaraderie when you walk in the door. It's like your neighbor "Cheers" bar (for those of you are old enough to get the reference), where they know your name and you receive a heartfelt warm smile & wave.Stop by as soon as you can! They always offer 2 free sessions for you to experience the work out and the trainers, I guarantee that once you check it out, you will feel awesome and not want to go back to a boring "traditional gym". Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity! It's an investment in yourself - for your health and more importantly, your mental health, as regular excerise helps with stress and anxiety/depression. Currently, I have a lot of "personal plates" spinning constantly and a huge weight of a responsibility that is always on my shoulders, so I can personally and honestly testify that it has helped me alleviate my daily overwhelming stress & helps me tackle the day.

This is definitely my favorite gym! The trainers are very supportive, help push you to do your best, and make the environment very welcoming. This gym is for all types of people including people just starting out at a gym to really good kick boxers. It’s nice how you can go in any time and not have a set schedule. They also are great at accommodating in case you have an injury or a problem, they are on it. I also like that most of the members that go to the gym are super friendly and personable because not all gyms are like that. Thank you 9Rounds! :)

I have been doing 9Rounds for three years and the last 8 months at the Spring St. location. The trainers are amazing. They encourage and push on a personal level. It is so great to receive that personal attention and it has helped me to see a lot of gains. I also love and appreciate the fun atmosphere. You will feel welcome and included. I come 6 days a week and experience it every time I set foot through the doors. If you are looking to reach goals, foster community, and have a fun time while working out…this is the place for you!

Go sign up now! You won't regret it. I've been a member of 9Rounds for almost 2 years now. This is the most consistent I've ever been with a gym membership. It's a great 30min workout. No wait time & always have a trainer encouraging me at every station. The trainers seriously rock!! It's a friendly, no judgement environment...you feel like family in there. This gym is perfect for all ages & and any fitness level. Go check them out!

I love this gym!!! After my first (free) class I was hooked. No class schedule and only 30 mins a day. The trainers are really great at working with you to achieve your goals. Bernard really knows how to push you and get you to finish strong. This gym had made it fun to work out again.

I love 9rounds (On spring st)! I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now. I’ve lost weight, been challenged and I’m stronger both physically and mentally. It is such a great workout! The trainers are so supportive, knowledgeable and patient. The environment is like a family! At first, the thought of kickboxing may feel intimidating but the trainers and members make you feel so comfortable! The workouts make you feel great physically and mentally. Definitely a stress reliever! I really recommend 9rounds!UPDATE 7/14/2023:Coming to 9rounds for the last 2 1/2 years has made a huge difference in my physical and mental strength! Lately, I’ve been trying to reach specific goals and the trainers are helping me get there! They have supported my needs by customizing my workouts! I am truly so appreciative of every single of the trainers. They care so much about the members and hold you accountable. They really believe in you and help you believe in you !

One of my fav workout classes!! I've always seen/passed by 9Round but never stopped in. Finally had the itch one week to do the intro workout and I had so much fun! It was/is the right amount of punching, sweating and just working out all together. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and encourage me, especially when I'm struggling. I recommend anyone to AT LEAST go for the intro class! I locked myself into a 6 month membership after 3 classes and I'm very excited to continue punching my way along! ?

Where to begin. I have done kickboxing and boxing in a group and private setting for years. My schedule is always a hot mess and that results in me not doing the workouts I want. This gym is amazing!!! Wasn't sure if I would enjoy "stations" or being in another small group setting again. I was wrong! Very open workout times. Usually not too crowded to be an issue. Motivating trainers who are beyond personable and friendly to everyone!!!the vibe is open and welcoming. Quick in an out and you get a personalized workout summary after each workout!!! That's another great perk so I can see my progress! Would recommend this gym to anyone, with a background in kickboxing or not. Something for everyone! So happy I joined!!

Great place to workout and the trainer’s are amazing. Apart from the great workout you get in only 30 minutes, the trainers do a great job of motivating you and helping you improve your form, so you are getting taught to punch, kick, and various combos the proper way. It’s a great quick workout and you are actually learning kickboxing.
