I went to go get gas at this place at 4am got 30$ worth for my mustang just to get home I payed with my card. I received a card declined from a 150$ transaction when I was driving home this place is f****** sketchy

Today normally I use gas station for many years today was the worst day for me. I tried to use stick my card to pump gas. and I had to check inside with the cashier I went inside, and I was waiting for maybe two or three minutes and I start knocking the glass no one respond. Few minutes after a lady come off of the restroom she told me. Do you want me to call the police because you better route and I told her why do you want to call the police if you want to call The only thing that I need is gas and she told me you shouldn’t be alive because I was in the restroom. I have my period. And I told her I don’t want to hear that if you need a restroom , you should’ve put a sign and I told her give me $65 for gas. She told me I’m not gonna say nothing to you. She was very rude I’ll be used this gas station for many years I don’t like people being rude like that they shouldn’t have people working like that

The store was wide open tonight, andthe cashier was right in-front of the register as I walked in to pay and was told he was closed for 15 mins he was just standing in front of register????? Sooo confused. Manager needs to tell them to lock door if they are closed???!!!

Mrs piggy must be having a bad day because she didn't sell me swishers without my ID okay coo so my DL is expired coo I give her my passport that's you can't scan and she ask me to have it to her looked at both of them like they fake and I ain't no little girl well over 21 with my passport she chose not to sell me swisher lol fat ugly miserable b****

Didn't notice their air/water machine is broken when I paid my $1.50. Couldn't adjust the PSI to what is rated for my motorcycle. Inquired within about a refund. The Hispanic woman working at 3:30pm on Friday, Oct 1, 2021 was less than unhelpful. I explained 3 times the issue. Her reply "Go ahead", obviously not understanding (or not caring) that the device on the property (making sure to be clear here because according to her "we don't own it. is separate") was not operating and I wanted a refund. When she advised me, in an exasperated and rude tone, she wouldn't help, I proceeded to leave. Now, point of fact, after I exited the station building, I did use profanity to express my frustration at the situation and her complete lack of customer service, to which she proceeded to exit the building (while a customer was inside) to mouth off to me. This isn't the first time she has been rude and unhelpful, but it's the last time I'll waste one moment in any 76 station. Chevron stations are better anyways. (Reading other reviews, it seems most of the negative experiences are because of this unhappy, miserable woman. Good brand ambassador, 76.)

The Hispanic lady who works the night shift was rude as hell after i paid for my item she proceeded to take her time to give me my item resulting in a bigger situation, she needs to be fired or retrained period because this was bad for business I'll never come again

Blanca the cashier needs to be trained in customer service and how to talk to customers. She yelled at not once but in total of 6 times telling me "No working!!!!" Mind you this is me putting it lightly how she yelled in front of other customers. I have been in human resources for over 25 years and can't believe how this conducted herself behind the counter. She needs to be reprimanded for her behavior and owed an apology!!

The worst service ... I use MY Apple Pay that's on MY phone and MY watch and the guy still ask for MY ID and the card .. well brain head if I use the Apple Pay it's cause I don't have the card!.. it got approved and then he void it! ... I only pump 76 but it sucks cause this is the one closest to my house and now I have to drive to willow ... what a waste of a good product!
