The store said 24hr I asked are you open they just ignore me like I'm not worth a customer, This is my second edit the door was locked with a big change from the inside I was surprised by open the door so I asked them that's how I was upset cuz they did not give me an explanation.

November 2nd 2023 at 750pm the cashier was so rude ! You better be cool I have 30k followers on my Instagram and should tell my followers about my experience here. I've been in this neighborhood for 41 years . We don't need rudeness from stores trying to make money off us

Rude as hell just went in for first time looking for atm and no withdrawal it happens but says I'm stealing when I'm looking for atm. Empty my backpack cause the cashier kept saying I did. Don't need to start any morning this way

This 7/11 is the worst in the area. Not only are the people running it RUDE as hell, they have been caught with card skimmers on the machines. I don’t want a talking to just because I’m riding my bike, and I definitely don’t want you stealing my debit card info.

Mostly good experiences aside from the occasional rude, and probably overworked clerk. What got me is when I visited at 1:30am on 2/1/23... the doors were locked and they were closed to the best of my knowledge. I knocked and waited about 4 minutes. No sign of anybody in there. Really disappointed.

They themselves added here that they are open 24 hours but everytime I go it's closed, according to the guy there, it is closed from 12am to 4am.

Please remove the open 24hr on Google search. Your store has not been open 24hrs in a while. It is frustrating when you feel you have the convenience available to you show up and your unable to get what you need. This has happened to me too many times when visiting your store. Then told by sales associate to drive to another location?! Did that once and was confronted with tge same thing. That's not convenience. Please make this change online like Walmart did and not have your supporters outside your store door looking crazy when they are unable to enter a closed 24hr location
