I used to like coming here to the 711 it was really convenient for me to go but whenever I went with my kids there was one worker that would always try to talk to my daughter when she's underage and he starts looking at her and me and inappropriate I told him plenty of times do not approach my daughter or talk to her but it seems like they don't care about what the customer says about this inappropriate things that it's not right to feel uncomfortable going to the store to get some things that you need even if it's on the go I only go when my husband goes with us

I'm a grown man and I feel quite unsafe walking into or walking by this place. If you're a store mostly selling sugar and alcohol to people it's helpful to put some effort into keeping the sidewalks clean and safe. I'm sure it doesn't help that the city doesn't enforce loitering but I'm responsible for the area around my own business too.

5 stars with some constructive feedback. First if all, I live within 1 block from this location and go there daily, sometimes several visits a day. It is well stocked, nice variety of groceries besides the candy. snacks & sodas. Prices are decent; not as low like Food 4 Less but less than Rite Aid, Walgreens, ect. Coffee station is well maintained and always a great grab & go food selection available. You can order a whole pizza freshly made and it's the best. Amenities include ATMS, Amazon pickup lockers and Lotto tickets; all of which I use. My only constructive feedback is if they can curb the loitering transients outside. For the most part, I never had any problem with them and have always given them money or product everything I see them which is every single day I visit. I think having them camp out at the entrance is an inconvenience to patrons in all fairness. I'm understanding of their situation and realize they have a hardship but hanging out all day onsite is not a solution to their problems. My favorite thing is 7/11 rewards and they have the best rewards program of any of the stores I visit. Points never expire, points accumulate fast and actually do save noticeable cash. I got a free pizza to go once and got $2 to $4 dollars off many purchases and some purchases free. Employees seem caring and have been there awhile. I've been going to this location now since 2020 daily, rarely missing a day. I don't really know who is Management or Owner as they don't really introduce thememselves at least not to me and I cant comment too much on them. Although once in the past I was overcharged a few dollars and brought it to the owners a ts tention by note given to employee. I waited week or so for any feedback and had to ask again but was told that the owner didn't 'think' I was overcharged despite a receipt clearly showing this. But it was only a few dollars and to pursue this would just waste my time. I thought higher of the ownership but was disappointed. The employees are great and once I forgot my wallet there and went back and the employee had it on safekeeping for me. Parking is relatively good, gets tight at times. Overall safety is good cause LBPD are frequent customers and often police cruisers are onsite. This location is a few blocks walk to the beach and along 2 major bus lines, 1 on each cross street. That's all I can say about this 7/11.

I like coming here as the staff are very nice but the vagrancy issue out front has spiraled out of control in the last year or so. It's rare in the afternoon or evenings when there aren't multiple people acting shady out front. Had one chemically disturbed person flip out on me a few months back at 8am, followed me out the parking lot yelling gay slurs and saying he was going to kill me the next time I came by. I actually go to a further away convenience store in the evening because it's can be very sketchy after 9pm or so. The store tries to prevent it but they have no real power which is sad. Cops here so much it's basically a substation. Prices are fair and hot food is decent but there are two much safer 7-11's within short biking/driving distance.

NEVER OPEN 24 HOURS. I live a block away this place ALWAYS closes at 12am because they can't sell alcohol after midnight. They are NEVER open after midnight so they need to stop lying to everyone. Manager: don't reply with bullshhhitttt...you are NEVER open 24 hours so stop making excuses. and if you do reply with more bull, i will post again with another negative review. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE: YOU ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.

The cashiers are always smiling and patient, and do their best for even the most difficult of customers.

There were two gentleman at the counter one was Hispanic super polite and super professional. Unfortunately I did not get him for my cashier, I got a asian hi I did not get his name. He was seriously the rudest checkout guy ever. This was my first time into the 7-Eleven and it’s really close to my house. But I am never going in here again. The guy was so rude and just have snarky remarks for everything. I asked him if he was OK and he just got even more of an attitude.

The owners of this store should be ashamed. They do nothing to protect their employees or customers. The homeless walk in help themselves to what ever they want and then sit in the parking lot.As soon as the employees clean outside it's filthy within minutes.
