As a solo traveler I always feel super creeped out going into this 7/11 and most times just avoid going into it due to every time I go in there’s about 7 workers behind the counter not one with a vest on so you’re like.. is anybody here even officially on shift? Most of the time the workers r talking amongst themselves or you just get ogled by them And then you get served by whoever’s is in the mood to take you and then not even offered your receipt.
most of the time not a have a good day or anything told to you.
Seeing as though there’s a bunch of complaints and it’s never changed I’ll keep avoiding this place as much as I can if I’m a solo traveler.

BE AWARE: Fraud activity!!!! Went here and used a card to pay for a drink. Next day my card was used for a $700 purchase. Avoid this place. They will steal your information.Very shady and from what the reviews say others don’t trust the employees here as well. I go often to other 7/11’s and I’ve never had any issues. I’ll be calling the police as well.

Has been “closed for cleaning” every morning now. Terrible location, terrible management, terrible store in general even by 7-Eleven standards.

Came at 4am to get coffee before work and it was closed. Cashier was standing behind counter with airpod in his ear doing nothing. Wasting 4 other people's time who were also waiting only to find out it's not 24hrs. Knocked on the door and some Indian guy screamed 5 o clock. Forget about it

The guys who run the store are a bunch of rogues - they alway over charge customers and are extremely rude and arrogant when serving customers! The Prices are per 7-eleven cooperate communications are never honour at the store ! Bloody thieves.

Don't list your store as open 24 hours if you're not gonna be open 24 hours! Closed for cleaning, but no one is even in there! I get your trying yo probably get rid of homeless or riff raff but when someone walks a mile to get some food because nothing is open, perhaps maybe you can revise your hours online and on here to include "cleaning store" hours. Not happy and gotta find a place to get food at 4 AM in Long Beach. Thanks 7-11

I requested for 7-ELEVEN Corporate to do a overhaul post pandemic of the stores. I stated the vast number of Countries in United States of America ?? has very much increased the number of individuals and as a result the stores have been of the inflictions of those traffics. This is not the way of America people and America people has not caused such environmental, health, cost, price increase, loss of services and or services that is not customary to such an America business nor have distorted the vision of 7-ELEVEN to the vision of 7-ELEVEN customers full circle. Understand you have a responsibility to voice to 7-ELEVEN your concerns and complaints. Upload 7-ELEVEN APP with your email and also add your picture to your email profile and communicate with 7-ELEVEN thru the emails sent to you on random visits to 7-ELEVEN stores. You can record a video via the email link 7-ELEVEN says to record with so typing responses is a few lines of number grading. Be America ?? I AM to be a Crusador for the betterment of all.
