Honestly, I didn't drop into the shop, I just called in to check on a catalytic converter for my car, but the guy who answered was AMAZING. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually offered me a ton of insight into my car's issues. He spent the time chatting with me to help me figure out my best options for my car despite knowing he wasn't getting a sale from me.I wish I had something I needed to buy from their store just to support their business after this interaction.Wish I had gotten his name, but if they're this helpful over the phone with a potential customer, I know they'd be great with what I needed in-store!

Placed a call and was not even informed that it was an auto parts store. I had to ask. Was told "yeah dude" then I asked a question and was told " no dude we don't have that!" Not very professional for a business individual to be answering the phone. Not sure I want to even try to do business at that establishment with people who refer to you as DUDE! It is what it is though right? An auto parts place.......

It was obvious that whoever answered the telephone didn't want to help . The worst customer service . I would not recommend this place . There are plenty of auto parts stores in the neighborhood and online .
