Placed order on 2/9/24 just received completed on 3/11/24. I had to actually contact them after 10 days of nothing. They said it was back ordered and did a partial shipment. I ended up having to purchase elsewhere which I will definitely do in the future, never again.

I placed an order March 1 never got a shipping confirmation took the money immediately not answering the phones I believe out of business i’ve called multiple times multiple numbers, no callbacks do not buy from these people you will not get your product

Ordered 1-28-24 It is now 2-14-24 order still has not shipped. Had to go buy elsewhere. Called 2 days in a row and no reseponse. They have sure have gone downhill.

I placed an order on 1/23/24. I received a confirmation email the same day with my order number.Since then, I have received nothing. No follow up emails. No shipment confirmation email. No order. The confirmation email says that there will be an email sent when the order is shipped and that it will have a tracking number. But to date, nothing.Calls to their 800 number go unanswered. Even if you wait for someone to pick up, they do not, and eventually you are forced to leave a voicemail or just hang up.Sending an email is no better. I sent an several emails, and I have not received a response. Not even from a bot.This makes me wonder if anyone is even there. But they sure made sure to charge my card for payment. I have been waiting 3 weeks and the order screen STILL says that the order is "processing." Really?? I had to get a toner cartridge elsewhere at a much higher price in order to continue to operate my business.I guess a complaint to the California Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division may be next, unless I get a direct response, and not a suggestion to contact them. It is their turn to contact me.

RUN! DO NOT TOUCH THIS "COMPANY". Order placed on Jan 29th - no response at all to emails or v/mails. Managed to get a response via FB messenger on Feb 9th, to be told they don't have it in stock.Same horrendous experience as everyone else with their so-called customer service. Am not hopeful of getting my money back/being able to cancel the order.

Waited 2 .months for my 288XL because it was on back order. Got it about 4 weeks ago and now needed to use it. Guess what. My Epson Expression 446 doesn't recognize it. Too many problems with this company. Waiting for a call back now.

Horrible products and a customer service phone nightmare. Run away from this company and it's absolute nonsensical products. Bad, bad ink jet cartridges that don't work, and instead clog up your printer.

Ordered Jan 2 ink in stock shipping in 1-4 days. 12 days later checked status on website ... additional 8 days due to heavy load volume. Called several time only to get a answering machine. Left several message over the course of 4 days and left a message on website to cancel the order on the 12th. Had a representative call me over the 4 day period, but unable to understand one word of messages, end up playing phone tag. Finally got an email confirming cancelled order on the 15th. I have ordered from them before ... but never again.

What is going on? I got a wrong order! I never received my order #06-000238844 of $$73.25. I cannot get my money back. I plan on driving over to this location. It is OK to rip off the public. I wonder if we all got together and smashed a few windows, if they would respond.

The only thing this company is good at is taking your money. Products you pay for are never received, their "customer service" lines are never answered, and nobody returns calls. A real garbage organization. Stay away, as I should have done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INK CARTRIDGES. I've been a customer of 8 Years and placed an order on 11/9/23. Usually, I get it in 2 days, but after not receiving my order I called 800-465-5387. What a joke this company is after waiting for 30 minutes, then the recorder hangs up. I called again, then left my callback info for callback. 2 Hours later, a callback which was concluded that the item was out-of-stock. If I would have known that I wouldn't placed an order. No email stating they were out-of-stock. They boast on their Web Page their excellent customer--just the opposite, which they were rude to me. I cancelled the order and now I have to wait 10 to 14 days for money to be credited to me. DON'T USE 4inkjets.

I purchased replacement cartridges for my Lexmark printer. After a firmware update, the printer no longer recognized the cartridge. I performed all the troubleshooting steps that were on the 4Inkjets website, but nothing worked. I have tried reaching someone at customer service for two days. I used the option to get a call back. I'm still awaiting a response. This is the last time I will order anything from this company!

REFUND NOT RECEIVED for REBECCA SMALL who canceled order from 2 MONTHS AGO! They have all but NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...HORRID!Here is a run down of all that I have done to try to get my refund that they are stealing from me.6 emails now and 1 phone call (literally no one ever answers the phone) in the past 2 months and I still do NOT have my refund. I have sent numerous emails to them kindly asking for my refund of $68.75 for canceled order for LD Compatible CB436A / 36A Black Toner for HPI'm done with being kind so NOW, I am posting bad reviews on any and all sites including but not limited to Yelp, Google, and the Better Business Bureau until I get my refund.1st I canceled and requested a refund on SEPT 14th2nd request for my money back was on SEPT 18thSEPT 18, they sent an email that it would take 1 to 5 days to verify and process my refund, then they'd send me an email.NO EMAIL.3rd request for IMMEDIATE refund of my money was on OCT 2nd.OCT 4th, they sent me an email saying they would have accounting process my refund that SAME DAY, but I still have not received an email confirming that they are refunding my money, nor have I received a check/refund and it is now October 24th!4th request for IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY MONEY was OCT 11th.5th request for refund was emailed today, cc my attorney.I ordered these ink jet cartridges on SEPT 6th, MY CHECK CLEARED YOUR BANK SEPT 13th.THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR ALMOST TWO MONTHS and still HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY.They never shipped the products, they've repeatedly acknowledged via email the cancellation of the order and they've repeatedly acknowledged the need to refund my money!

I placed an order on 10/13/23, and tried to get a hold of them by telephone but, kept getting a recording "no agent is available". I finally got a reply after I emailed them, and they shipped one item, and my printer did not like the cartridge. I notified them of that fact, but they still shipped the second one, and again I got a message from my printer to check the ink cartridges. A message I did not get with the old ink cartridges. Kristeig, a 4inkjet employee, was helpful in explaining what I should do to try and get the printer to accept the cartridges. The suggestions did not help. I don't have a lot of faith in the fact that I will get a refund.
