MJ was very helpful with my issue with my HP laser printer not accepting LD cartridges. We tried several possible fixes but none worked so she and LD is sending another pair of black toner cartridges which should work. She was not defensive at all and was very pleasant throughout the call.

I was having a problem placing an order, and I spoke with Jerome. He told me what the problem was, and also sent me an email to explain how to trouble shoot a problem with an ink cartridge. He was friendly, pleasant, and helpful, and I'm glad he was the one I got to talk to.
