This gym isn’t bad but it’s really crowded all the time and it’s kind of dirty, and when machines are broken it takes them a while to fix it.

Ok gym. Staff are relatively nice, and the place is regularly clean but the gym is always packed and there is not enough equipment for everyone. Also they close too early. I understand that not every 24 hour fitness is open 24 hours a day but I think they can really improve the crowds if they are open at all times. Especially for the price. I would rate this specific location 5/10

Got my car stolen here because they let the homeless in without regard. The front desk attendant let 2 men walk into the womens locker room and break my lock. When I told the person at the front desk, she said it "isnt their problem". Compeltely ruined the reputation of 24 Hour Fitness for me.

No customer service issues. I simply think it’s atrocious to have to stare someone in the eyes while I use the squat rack!! 4 squat racks and they are FACING EACH OTHER!!Those platforms should be facing mirrors because it’s mainly about form when utilizing the platforms. Insane lmao!! Absolutely insane ???

Great facility. Cleaner than most. Plenty of space. Most equipment is newer. This location puts you in the heart of LB and close access to the freeway. No complaints! 5 stars

It's open 24 hours Monday through Thursday! I'm so excited, I get off work at 3am . It's the best time to hit a gym . Down town long beach has a horrible parking situation. This is a gift from the gym gods . Thank you thank you THANK YOU.
