My only issue was when needing to wash my car windows. They only had water not a cleaner or soap in the water. Water Alone doesn't clean the windows it just smudges the dirt or dead bugs.

Stopped on the way back from mammoth, the guys working were super friendly, the place was clean, the food was prepared as if they cared about it, and they brought the food to our table. Best carl's jr. i've been too for as long as i can remember!

One of the friendliest Carl's Jr we've eaten at. Clean restaurant and tasty food! Definitely recommend visiting here when you're on the road!

This is our go-to fast food place on the 395 corridor. It seems to be family-run, is super friendly, with made-to order food, and better than average Carl's restaurants. We always try to stop here.

If I could give a 0 I would! This place is a joke... The young gentleman working (I believe his name tag said Johnathon) was very rude and disrespectful! I came through the drive through before going to my hotel room as there was no other place open in this small tourist town, and I ordered 3x with the gentleman and he repeated the order to me correctly, after leaving the establishment I noticed I was charged for something I didn't order, and I didn't receive my correct order! I went back though the drive thru and told the young gentleman and he responded with nothing but absurd rudeness and disrespect saying " i repeated the order more than once"he was very "sassy" and inconsiderate! He finally gave me my corrected food items and then just quickly closed the window! I can't talk badly about this fast food restaurant in whole as this being my first and only time here, but I can say with the way I was treated it will definitely be my last! Also I did not receive my money back for all the food items I paid for and didn't want nor receive !!!! P.S I can't say for sure, but it seemed I wasn't the only customer unhappy and displeased with the service!

Nothing wrong with the food or service just the drive thru. Every single time you go through the drive thru they'll make you pull around past the sensor, even if no one is in line but you, so their drive thru delivery time looks good on paper. It makes no sense since they never really take long to deliver food in the first place. The parking lot in front gets super crowded if people are at the gas pumps and there will be people lined around the building but none in the drive thru just so they can get the corporate bonus for drive thru speed.

Food is fine and staff are alright but omg this place is filthy! Bugs everywhere in bathroom last time I was here In the dining room there were these fly things and one almost hit my food ew!!
