Wye Road Feed and Supply
202 N Main St, Lone PineThe few plants I bought here so far are doing well. Was going to look at the website just now but its not active? I was looking to see if they had potting soil. Eventually got them on phone and they don't They would totally sell it if they had it and some plants along with because some like me, dont drive now. We beg it off the entire town because we usually notice we are out when we go to pot up our cuttings or size up. Stores in this valley/county don't do promos? I had to promote raising money in another coutnry for PTA. Id do 10% discount on potting soil if you buy 2 plants! And sell pots too!

Lone Star Bistro
107 N Main St, Lone PineA very nice road trip stop in the middle of Lone Pine, California on highway 395. They are open 7 days a week and there is plenty of street parking in front and on the side streets. The ladies are always friendly and very efficient. The bistro offers everything you can find at a coffee house. Almond and oat are their two nondairy choices. They even have Affogato on the menu. They have a short list of breakfast sandwich type choices, bagels, biscuits and gravy, as well as deli sandwiches freshly made to order. The counter has a great assortment of baked goods and there is an ice cream counter that opens at 10:30 am. This quaint bistro is very busy so please do not be in a hurry. Their popularity keeps them busy. There are clean restrooms and the back of the store is a gift shop as well. You will find many different sundries offered such as candy, snack foods, jarred pickled items, etc. I saw a few people working on laptops so I assume they have WiFi. There are tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your food and beverages. If you are traveling through Lone Pine be sure to give them a try.

Pizza Factory
301 S Main St, Lone PineNothing glamorous, but this is a great place for handmade pizza and generous portions of pasta to carb load up before a big hike or climb in lone pine, Alabama hills, or Whitney area! Staff was rather lackluster and it’s a to go counter, but food was just what we needed!
