Switched from Verizon to Xfinity for my wireless carrier. The people at the store were super friendly and helpful.
I didn’t catch the girl’s name that helped me this afternoon, but she was the only girl there. Had me switched over in about 10 minutes.
Excellent customer service!!!

Everyone was so friendly! I was there because I was having issues with my cable and I was ready to cancel altogether but the worker Annay helped me with the issue and also lowered my bill! I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends!

Such an amazing experience provided by the crew at this store. Not only was I provided great service and help by the worker Yaire but she’s still new and any time she asked for help her coworker Andres was there to guide her. It’s wonderful to see the teamwork in this store. I would give a ten if possible! They lowered my bill and informed me on Xfinity mobile!

I did not catch his name but the gentleman in the ponytail with the Virgo tattoo was very helpful, and made sure that despite how many people had been in the store we and everyone else would be helped soon. Going on a Tuesday at midday is definitely a good time to go!

I came to this new lompoc store because my phone wasnt working. Said they close at 7:00pm. I was there at 6:15pm and the fat worker that was there by the door just looked at me and didnt want to let me in. I did tell xfinity about it. Hopefully they do something. If you close at 7 you CLOSE at 7. I wouldnt be mad if it was 6:50pm but you had 45 mins to close! Lazy fat worker almost made me switch providers. But a nice lady on the xfinity number helped me and even gave me a $45 credit to my next bill. Thanks to her im still a customer.
Im Never going to that store again.

They are the worst - especially when you call to get help over the phone. Plan on 10-15 minutes of jumping through automated prompts, only to get routed back to the main menu. OK Xfinity, we get it - you don't want to talk with your customers!
