Worst service I ever had. This should be a negative 5 stars. No customer service, line is all the way out. They rather go on break than to serve and assist the customer. Manager in charge just standing not even trying to help. Tellers are very rude!!! I will need to go somewhere else, in where I am a value to them!

This place is a joke. I was in the town for a day visiting from LA and needed to send a wire. It was all quite with a few customers and two bankers sitting behind the desk had no customers. I waited in the middle of the store looking around and trying to make eye contact with someone. One guy sitting behind a desk in the middle looked at me and removed his eyes to another direction. I went up to him and explained why I was there. He told me I need a reservation and refused to help me. I told him I usually send wires myself online but this time since this time the amount is 25K and there is a 10K daily limit I needed to do it at a branch. Same answer. I spoke to the manager and told him I'm visiting for the day with a busy schedule. They still didn't want to help me. I'm a long time business customer at Wells Fargo and I am about to start two new businesses. I will not only open them in a different bank but also close this one at Wells Fargo and move it to another bank.. Just because of the treatment I received in this branch..

This is the worst bank ever!! They are now closed again with no notice!! Had to drive to Buellton and wait one hour and thirty five minutes in line. Wells Fargo won't answer their phone as well. They keep using the COVID card as an excuse. Union Bank has never closed and has a full staff to accommodate their customers.

Well it seems you are more concerned about your image and bottom line than correcting past behavior (criminal?). The worst has happen? Well not really WellsFargo. You want to Earn back trust, step up?!?!? Correct and make amends to every person you scammed with multiple unwanted and unneeded accounts that made you money; that money came from people that still haven't seem recompense. How about people that had so many WellsFargo accounts they couldn't track them to qualify for Medicaid, more money, again, not yours!!! Safe deposit boxes with noting in them but fees were billed/paid; your money?!?! Again Nope!! Correct the harm you've done! You are the weakest bank, goodbye

Most helpful and personal employees at any branch I've ever been. For such a small one, there's about a dozen working there, and always one to help you.

I make deposits for my mother here occasionally. The workers greeting each time is incredibly loud, obnoxious and patronizing. I understand customer service and making your patrons feel welcome; it is just very much over the top. An example is, the person walks in and they will shout in Spanish, 'Hello friend, WELCOME! How have you been, friend?' I doubt the person is really their friend. My observation is that a good number of the patrons are farm workers; that doesn't mean you have to be patronizing to them. Sincerity goes a long way. I would suggest it be toned down. Counter service is always good.

Should be no question as to what bank anyone would want to use in Lompoc. The customer service at this branch is always above and beyond. They take such good care of my mother, they all know her by name and are always so accommodating. Pete Llena, the manager, has been extremely helpful and patient in several transactions in the branch. Thank you Wells Fargo-Lompoc!

Small location but the staff is very attentive. Loan officers are helpful. Raul, their manager is more than helpful. Wish I have this branch where we live.
