Used to be very helpful and a great resource for us for our business and personal needs. I have found their service to have gone downhill. Not helpful, don't seem interested and overcharges. Disappointing.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Rude, and profiling. Went in to ship a package, mind you i ship regularly as our daughter lives out of state. 100 questions later and because the girl didn't like my answers she said ups has the right to open my box. Like seriously. Needless to say i took my package and left. Not sending anything illegal the rudeness was just not needed. I've never had this experience here and been using them for 3 years. I wont be back anytime soon.

I have never written a review I’m my life but I’m this case If I could leave a 0 star I would! The manager of this place Gregory M. Is the rudest person I have ever meet. Not only is he the worst manager a store can have but as a franchise store customer service should be the best. He was rude and dismisses. I went in with 8 boxes to ship they would have made over $2000 with me and he lost my business. I will never go to this store again! Stay away from this ups visit The Box Shop where the owner is the nicest man ever and willing to help me as soon as I walked in no questions asked. Take my advice and do not visit this UPS store. Take your money else where.

Charged me $1 per page printing didn’t tell me until after. I pay 10 cents per page in San Diego. Ended up paying $100 dollars!!! Ridiculous!!!

I had a problem with a lost phone and they reached out to corporate to help me after I left the store in a huff, and frustration. They care about the customer. I'm glad I called to apologize.
