Don't trust this dealership. I tried working a deal for a tundra with Jonathan. I was coming from a couple hours away so I wanted to get as much paperwork done electronically as I could. Just when everything was submitted, he told me he sold the truck to a customer who walked in. Not sure if that customer agreed to pay more or if the dealership wanted to make a quicker sale, but they didn't communicate that was even a possibility. They said let me know when another tundra with that same spec is available.A couple months later Jonathan calls me saying they have a tundra available for $500 under MSRP. I had already bought one locally so I asked if I could forward the info to a friend who would be interested. That same day he sends my friend the build sheet on the tundra but instead of the $500 discount, he puts a $1000 premium. When asked about the discrepancy, he says it was an error and would get it corrected. Jonathan didn't return messages for a couple days. Instead he tried to sell it to someone else at the higher price. That other customer ended up not buying it and that's when Jonathan became responsive again. I don't know if this entire dealership operates this way or if it's just this one salesperson. They try to work multiple customers on the same vehicle. It feels like whoever agrees to pay more or pay faster gets the deal done. The other customer gets the short end. These guys are shady. Would not recommend.

First time here and very happy!. We were greeted by John and guided where to park right away. That set the tone immediately for an excellent experience. He answered any questions we had and was genuinely personable and pleasant. Jon, who did our oil change, was great, informative, and helpful.

I bought a lightly used 2023 RAV 4 and Daniel, Juan, and Jorge took great care of my mom and I . They all made the process seamless and stress free. Juan answered all of my moms questions and made sure we were taken care of. I drove 3 hours and I appreciate they valued our time and got us in and out of there in 2 hours. They all were very honest and transparent. Thank you Toyota of Lompoc for making my purchase experience so pleasant.

very poor costumers maintenance relations/service ... although SLO. Santa Maria and Lompoc owned by the same company, Lompoc comes way down on the ranking scale. seems "how can I help you" "how may I help you" "have you been helped" etc. is not part of Toyota Lompoc service dept. nor Parts Dept. "we are short of staff" doubt it but acting smart. sure they won't get my business...., nor my recommendations...., attitudes attitudes attitudes

We were interested and purchased a brand new Toyota Camry with the bumper to bumper extended warranty to 75000 miles. Each scheduled (contractually included) maintenance, the dealership and repair shop have suggested we spend money on items that are covered in our contract. They argue, and are not helpful every time we go in. This takes time and effort. We see the attempts they put forward to scam us first, really. Currently they're blaming Dylan who no longer works there and act incompetent which is frustrating, and unprofessional. The experience was so absurd I am seeking a full refund for the vehicle and can not be satisfactory by any other solution.

Compared to other dealers in SB County, Toyota of Lompoc was far better - lower cost, low/no pressure and they were able to get us a better rate through a partner credit union than what we could get on our own (very rare, we scour for deals)Tyson was great on keeping us up to date on the vehicle order/process and of course the fact that they could get us the Sienna we wanted much sooner and lower cost than anywhere else we could find was great! Definitely worth reaching out for price and availability when new car shopping in the current era.

I want to Thank Jesus out salesman who was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and polite. He greets us helped us select the vehicles that we like. He is patience was great. One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. So we ended buying 3 vehicles from Jesus. David our finance person was also amazing. Very through explain the contracts and also friendly. I highly recommend Toyota of Lompoc to anyone and ask for Jesus. Thank you again.

I took my car in for an oil change, as I have been for the last two years due to location onlyI was advised that there as a leak at the timing cover, as well as needing my fluids changed.Took the car to my mechanic; not only was there no leak, which they wanted over 3k to fix, all fluids were changed at 100k and are fine.There was a list of "needed parts" that had nothing to do with fixing the leak, including an air filter for the AC.NOT GOING BACK. BEWARE OF FAKE DIAGNOSIS!

after years of taking my cars here for servicing, and buying a truck from them (toyota of santa maria, but they're owned by the same people), my prius is throwing a code. They told me to take it elsewhere, or pay $220 just to get the code to determine if I'm going to fix it or not. (I'd pay something, but that seems excessive!). They were so much better before toyota of Santa Maria bought them. Downhill ever since - and if my prius is dead, I won't be buying the next one from them. :(

Lompoc Toyota is the best Toyota Dealer in the Tri-Counties. Every Toyota dealer in Ventura County refused to honor The Manufacturer's advertised Lease Special on a 2022 Rav4 LE. Worst service ever from these shyster's in Ventura County. Lompoc Toyota Sales Manager Michael Dowl is a true Professional. Thank you Michael & Lompoc Toyota! you've exceeded my expectations!! Unfortunately, A very inexperienced employee by the name of Maria answered the phone and claimed she knew everything that the mechanics at the service department do. I asked her a question about my vehicle stating it would not start. Her response: "you will need to bring the vehicle in so we can diagnose" HELLO! How do you drive a car over for diagnostics when you can't move it? She then put me on eternal hold hoping I'd hang up. I called 6 times and she ignored my calls and let the phone ring forever. I finally got through with much frustration after she decided I wasn't going away. Of course, I had to ask for Supervisor so she would know I am not messing around with an inept employee looking to collect a paycheck without concern for customer retention. Finally got Hugo on the line and he was great. After listening to my venting about you know who, he answered the question that only took him 30 seconds to diagnose. Folks, what is your preference? 10 phone calls with inexperienced employee or 30 seconds with the actual person that can REALLY answer the question? I support business in our community, but with all businesses being effected by Covid, employees need to step up and do their best to provide the service that people pay dearly for, or step aside and let others step in that care for the customer service experience.

Our Prius needed a recall repair in order to complete our registration for the year. We made an appointment for a Monday morning at 0800. When we arrived, we found out that the only recall technician on site we not at work. We were a little disappointed that they didn't call to let us know our appointment was cancelled. We were told that they would call us back to reschedule the appointment but they didn't. After about 10 days, we called back and rescheduled. After the recall was fixed we arrived to pick up the car and had a difficult time finding a person who could provide us with the proper paperwork to prove to the DMV that we had the recall fixed and renew our registration. We then found that our car was parked around the corner on the street. The windows were down and the keys were in it. It was unattended and completely out of view of anyone at the dealership. Very disappointed with the customer service at this place.
