When I need trunks or a baseball cap this is where I go. My last Excel wetsuit I bought from them was a great deal. I always stop here when I need something to make me look good when I am in the water... or not! ??

The one star is for the amazing employees who are so kind and respectful while carrying out an unreasonable policy. I bought a pair of UGG boots to replace my 12 yr old ones, took them home and the comparison between the new and old ones were remarkable. The new ones were so cheaply made in comparison I decided to return them. I looked at my receipt, saw no return policy, hadn't noticed anything at the store either, so expected to get a refund to my credit card. Was promptly informed a store credit was what I would get, per store policy. The boots never came out of the box and were purchased 2 days ago. These were the ONLY reason I came to this store, I do not normally shop here, I don't need or want a store credit. It's really to bad some flexibility couldn't be applied in this sitiuation.

Bought three pairs of shoes for my infant grandson on a Friday afternoon. One pair was for a specific outfit for Saturday morning. Saturday morning arrives and the box contained not only two left shoes, but in two different sizes!! Even tho this was a mistake by their employee (the store said it could have been the manufacturer- but their employee didn't catch the mistake if it was manufacturer related) The second pair of shoes were a size two in a box marked size 3, I had asked for a size 3 shoe. If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???

Bought a board and brought it in a get trucks and wheels. The guy working ran one of the bolts through the board chipped the deck and told me that the deck was as shot now. Refused to replace it so I left with no trucks no wheels and a chipped deck. I like to support local businesses but I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
