I place my orders online through my sallys App and love their free 2 hour delivery promotion, anytime I've had a problem with my order I've called the local Lompoc store and the girls there have always been very helpful, and the manager always resolves any order or product issues! I really like Sallys here! Keep up.the good customer service ladies!

I used to go into Sally's for recommendations for hair products but none of the employees know absolutely anything in regards to hair color or hair products at all, manager didn't even know what a hair tube key was! Seems like they just hire anyone , even with no previous experience in beauty. I mean you can work at an ice cream shop providing customer service doesn't mean you'll be able to sell hair products. Every time I ask a question they just say I'm sorry I'm not sure, definitely don't go in here for recommendations. Customer service forget about it, never get greeted when I walk into the door, employees always stand in around talking amongst themselves. Store is always a mess, stuff is always unorganized and dusty, even the products, gross.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and manager is sweet. Just wish they carried a larger selection of hair extensions and supplies to apply.

Everytime I go in the manager is very helpful, she is very great at hair color and has a lot of knowledge in all products! Love all of her recommendations, literally buy everything she recommends ? Also appreciate all of the associates and love how the are so nice and friendly. My favorite Sally’s by far.

I've been shopping at this Sally's for well over 15+ years and man has it gone downhill!! It's hit and miss to get a nice and knowledgeable employee anymore and they never have any product! I understand covid, but we're beyond that now. When it comes to nail products, forget it. You'll have better luck on Ebay or Amazon. Is this the only Sally's around that sucks?!

Don't purchase any thing from Sally's in Lompoc. EMPLOYEES don't not know there products and are rude. Returns are a problem even with a receipt that was only 1 week old. Shame on them.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This store is the closest one to me at over 30 mins away and I arrived 3 mins past their closing time and they still had shoppers inside the store. I needed ONE thing and knew exactly where it was. The girl refused to let me get it and basically told me to I'm sh&t out of luck. I have a credit card to Sally's and shop there frequently..... all I can say is that I'll be canceling my credit card and spending my money else where. Really 3 mins!!!! Wow

if you don't want to be stared down while you're shopping, don't come here. most of the employees are nice but mariah who i'm assuming is the manager is very rude to customers and makes you feel like you don't belong there. i don't feel comfortable returning to this location. i hope they get new management soon because i think most people would feel more comfortable coming here again.

I been going to this Sallys for years always was stocked in mostly everything but NOW everything is out of stock they say they sell out quick but I been going for one product for the passed month and it's always out of stock. I don't know if they got a new manager but if so she isn't doing so well Sallys.

Your 'curbside' service does not give you the right to allow your customers to park their vehicle at the intersection infront of your store. You have customers parking in a location that is not safe, prevents others from driving safely, and has them parking in a fire lane. Tell your customers to park their vehicle in a parking spot and walk the less than 100 feet so you can help them at the door. If I seem angry, it's because there was someone parked at your curb and had me waiting a few minutes as the side traffic backed up. It became a one way lane for traffic infront of your store and prevented me from going forward.
