I love coming into planet fitness, the assistant manager Joseph is always very helpful and pleasant, extremely professional and always amazing!!! Which I would have join this gym sooner when In Shape closed down.

This place is awesome for beginners and novice lifters of all strengths and sizes. Manager Joseph showed me around the gym and made me feel welcomed to a place I’m not familiar with, which is the gym. Overall great first experience and I recommend this place to everyone.

This is an excellent gym with all the equipment you will need for a good workout. I went at 4:30 PM on a Sunday with minimal crowds and everyone was cleaning up after themselves. The Manager who helped me, Joseph, was extremely professional, ex-military, who was warm and welcoming to each guest. Huge fan of the gym - will return!

The gym is probably the better gym in the area and is well-kept and orderly. Staff is friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns. Joseph has gone out of his way more than once to ensure that everything meets or exceeds expectations. I have had trouble with other gyms in the past, but Joseph has made this experience a breeze. Thanks again for all your help! If you are considering joining this gym, ask for Joseph and he will get you settled and answer any questions or concerns you may have

The new assistant manager "Joseph" is very aggressive and very rude. He makes it very uncomfortable to come into the gym. I avoid checking in with him. He does not create a good atmosphere for people coming in. The other day I was checking in and over heard him and a woman arguing regarding her having her guest use the massage chairs with her. He was making up his own policies and saying how he can say and do what he wants. Basically saying they both couldn't go in at the same time??? It was very confusing and he was just mad acting childish towards her. WOW was he very disrespectful and belittling her. Honestly should look at having someone train him on customer service or even just in general being respectful to woman. The manager needs to shadow him and watch how he really acts with customers because this isn't the first incident I've seen involving him. Might switch gyms soon *UPDATE* Sep 22* Two employees that witnessed this incident asked me to leave this review to bring attention to the environment that Joseph has created for the team members and members of planet fitness. It is great that he has made a few connections with people at this gym. But he needs to treat EVERYONE the same way with the same respect. Yes he is the assistant manager but he cannot belittle people and say he's their boss not their friend and make up rules and policies and with his ex military background being so aggressive and demanding isn't going to work. It makes it uncomfortable for not only employees but guests. Email will be sent with exact information with more members incidents.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a gym that worked around my schedule. Checked out PF, where I was assisted by manager Joseph. We discussed what I was looking for in a gym, my level of fitness and the various plans planet fitness offers(I travel a lot for work) that would benefit me. Was shown around the facility and was impressed how clean the locker room/gym floor for a 24hr club! Definitely felt welcomed here and decided on the multi club plan Joseph recommended.

For $10 a month you get what you get. The bathrooms are clean enough but do always smell like butt, but that's probably the clients themselves. The equipment is clean and is kept in working order, and when stuff goes down they quickly get it fixed and back in use. The staff are nice and usually busy with some sort of cleaning or maintenance. Check in is always easy and smooth. It's good functional equipment in a clean space to get a workout in for the average person. This is not the place for the muscle head plate clanker or the fancy spa and sauna seeker. But it is a great place for you to get your basic workout done.
