Alternator went bad on a Saturday night up in solvang in 2021. These mobile mechanics picked up my vehicle and towed it to their shop and repaired it over night by replacing the alternator. My car was ready by morning. Now 3 years later I contacted them because I thought the alternator was going bad. I had it diagnosed in my hometown and it turned out to be still good. In the meantime they had contacted my local auto parts store and provided them the warranty information for a part exchange incase I needed it. Great customer service! Would recommend them especially if you're in a jam like I was.

I can't express how grateful I am I found these guys. I drove my RV down from Sac to see the rocket launch this week. On the way I could feel my brakes were metal on metal. I called and was told to bring it in if I could. My rotors were deeply grooved and shot. They ordered them and got me back on the road same day. Thankyou

I had him come check out my serpentine belt he said he would do it took my key didn’t come back for the car waited till the next day all day still didn’t hear from him no call or anything finally on the 3rd day I called and asked for my key back because I had to move it so it wouldn’t get towed and had asked if he cud still help me out still and he said he was not interested in working on my car because my brother called asking for my key back and was frustrated that the car wasn’t moved in 3 days . I’m a single mom that uses my car for school and he knew that still put me on the back burner wouldn’t recommend to anybody that needs an issue fixed right away

Couldn't get my car to start but 10 minutes in and he fixed the problem. Towing and inspection with the car fixed came out to $120. Definitely recommend!

No I didn't use this business because he wanted to charge me $240 for a diagnostic when he tells me he charges $120 an hour so he's just going to charge me a flat 2 hours to diagnose my vehicle

I called with an issue due to my car smoking, they took my car in immediately, got the parts and fixed the issue before the day ended. His kindness extended to even giving me a ride home nearby rather than having to uber. After meeting and receiving his services on a few accounts now, I always come back here from Santa Barbara to have my car checked by him and his team. You can’t always find an auto shop with mechanics like these, and I’m so grateful I came across them. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you so much Jose and Mobile Auto Repair!Services: Vehicle Inspection

Very nice customer service but told me there were things dangerously wrong with my car that were actually not wrong at all. After seeing him I went to get a second opinion and the serpentine belt was not bad, the engine mounts were not bad and the control arms were not bad. The most upsetting thing is that I trusted him but both mechanics I went to said my belt was fine, my suspension was fine and my engine mounts were fine. I also was told there is a 3 month wait to get service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
